The pick up from our... - The pick up from our hotel was super easy. Once we arrived to our location we were able to purchase handkerchiefs to cover nose and mouth. We were encouraged to buy mosquito repellent due to the amount of rain and humidity. Our guide that went by the name "Chicken" was very thorough. The zip line, family did and enjoyed it.
The Cenote was beautiful and clear. The ATV ride was the thrill!! I drove through every mud puddle there was.

Great experience in the Mayan Jungle - This was a good excursion.
Our pickup was for the afternoon slot and the transfer there took around 2 hours due to current roadworks, instead of the planned 1 hour so maybe booking the morning session would be sensible due to these current roadworks.
When we arrived, we were shown straight to the shop and then informed we needed to pay for the locker, which is mandatory if you bring anything with you so really, it would be good to include this in the price.
We then waited to do the Ziplining and when we got going, we maybe spent around 15-20 minutes Ziplining 4 different Ziplines.
Then we moved on to tequila tasting which we enjoyed. The guy explaining the tequila's was very informative and taught us how to best drink tequila.
Next was the ATV's and these were great. We drove them to the area for the horseback riding and the cenote swimming. We didn't choose to book these activities and they were heavily pushed to us throughout the day. We had to wait whilst everyone else did these activities and then we used the ATV's again to get back to the base.
We enjoyed the Ziplining and ATV's, however, the time doing these activities was short compared to the length of this excursion.
Finally, we had the included "lunch" at around 17:00-18:00, by which time we were starving, having expected this at lunchtime and not eating before getting our transfer at 12:10. The food was very tasty and cooked fresh.
Then we waited for the transfer back and had the photo purchasing pushed on us for an extortionate price for digital photos and videos.
Overall, we did enjoy this excursion and would recommend these activities, just be warned it is a long excursion for not too long doing ATV's and Ziplining.

Great day in the jungle - We had a fun filled day, I would just say be prepared to spend a little more money. I was not aware that I didn’t purchase all of the activities that everyone else would be doing and we would have had to stay behind. I think it’s worth the value but just not listed. They sell everything Ala cart ( drinks ) as well. The ATV ride was amazing and so were the zip lines . The ride was about 45 mins from our resort and we were on a bus with about 12 others 5 of which were college students that were very excited so you can imagine how that went. I would say overall a great experience but they need to outline that everything is extra .

Just think twice. - Don’t waste your time if you’re came less than 2 weeks.
What I like : very tasty tacos. And very nice van driver
What I don’t like: awful ATV older than my grandmother. Engine turned off every minutes and alignment was fu*ked. Everybody will ask you for tips almost for nothing. They will rob you for locker and ATV insurance. Zip line was so short and you literally just waiting for group of 30-50 people when everybody got a chance for ride. They not allow you to take a pictures of Zip-line and ATV. They will sell you all the photos for $50 (optional)
So in total I would pay $20 per person but not $50. My wife said 0/5 but it’s my subjective opinion

Mediocre at Best... - My husband and I visited Cancun March 5 -8, we booked this excursion for 3/7/25. When we booked it, it stated a total of 4 hours since we were only doing 3 activities + lunch.
They told us to be downstairs at 8:10, they didn't arrive until about 8:40am or so. They did communicate with us and keep us updated on their ETA which was nice. We were the second or third pick up, but we had to stopped at about 2 or 3 more hotels and then had to ride about an hour to get to the location. When we arrived they sold us insurance and lockers, We spent an additional $20 for ATV insurance and lockers. We arrived about 10:00/10:15 am. Even though we booked for 9:30.
The ATV's didn't start until about 10:30/10:45 or so. The ATV ride was about 30-40 minutes, it was extremely rocky and unenjoyable in my opinion. I've done ATVs before, this was not fun at all. The course was mostly rocks and lacked any smooth areas where you could pick up the pace. After that we did a less than exciting zipline course. It was 3 out of 10. If it was your first time, sure it would be ok. But for people that have ziplined and driven ATVs before, it was mediocre at best. After the ziplines, was the tequlia tasting. That was very educating and tasty.
After we did our 3 excursions, we assumed it was time for lunch. Unbeknownst to us we had to wait for the entire group. So even though we only booked ATV, Ziplines, and Tequila Tasting, we still had to stay with the group and travel to the other side and stay with them. When I asked if my husband and I could stay back or just eat lunch, they said no. It's almost like you're held hostage. So even if you assume you will only be there for 4 hours, its a LIE. Expect a full day excursion. They kept trying to get us to do horseback riding and cenotes, but the only reason we booked the 3 activities + lunch is because we thought we'd be back at the resort by 2 or so to enjoy the rest of our day. We did not get back until 4 and missed our other activities. I told them that they should make it clear that even if you only book 3 activities, you have to stay for the ENTIRE day. I would NOT Recommend this at ALL.
We didn't eat lunch until damn near 2:00, where they give you 3 tacos and water. You can certainly add things on. The tacos were well seasoned and the highlight of the day. I think its unreasonable to have people wait that long to eat without letting them know they wouldn't eat until the very end. Most of our group didn't have time to get breakfast because we were told to be downstairs early despite their late arrival.
Our tour guides were very nice and knowledgable, thats the ONLY Reason I gave them a 2. Also note that theydo not let you take your phone so that you have to purchase their photos. So just keep that in mind. In addition to what you pay upfront, you can expect to spend about 50+ or more once you arrive. So just pay for a more expensive excursion.

Late taxi - So the whole experience was great until the end. What they did was intentionally called our taxi late so that we would have to spend more time at their facility and do more of their activities like horseback riding. We wasted 2-hours of our time just waiting for the taxi. Be aware that they are NOT GOING TO CALL THE TAXI RIGHT AFTER YOU ARE DONE.
