Great Experience Overall! - Everything was GREAT, except I didn’t like the rocky road that the ATVs were driven on. The ATVs looked old and some didn’t work that well. Staff will also hound you into purchasing photos. If you can get around those things, it was an awesome experience!

Beautyful experience with some negative details - Great fun at the ATV bit you have to pay the insurance befor (not included) after that you have a informational and good tequillatasting and after 3 funny ziplines before you go to the cenote. We booked without horses and the instructor wanted to sell us 35 doller per person a horseride on a way witch is not ok. We didnt do that and had more time for the cenote. Right decision. All in all it was a great adventure but you have to whatchout for hidden prices.

Unreasonable prices for unnecessary items; charged more than advertised - First, our transportation was delayed because the driver went to the wrong pickup location. Upon arrival, the very first thing our guide did—after introductions—was aggressively pressure us into purchasing expensive gear that we ultimately did not need or use. The staff made it sound as though the activities could not be done safely without these items. While purchasing optional gear is understandable, the prices were excessive. Goggles were $33 and water shoes were $30. After the activities, guests discussed among ourselves and all agreed these items were unnecessary. The staff also exaggerated concerns about mosquitoes in the cave (there were none), leading us to buy mosquito repellent unnecessarily. The required items were repeatedly overstated: goggles, water shoes, face coverings, and insect repellent. The prices were unreasonable—double, or more, than comparable prices in the U.S. Many of us felt misled and scammed. The activities themselves were acceptable. The ATV experience, however, was underwhelming compared to other ATV tours I’ve done, which included mud, caves, and farmland. This route consisted mainly of dry, rocky, non-concrete roads with very little variety or excitement. The zipline and cenote were enjoyable, though I wish we had more time at the cenote. I also regret not jumping in. Cell phones were not allowed during the activities, which appeared to be so photos and videos could be sold afterward. While I expected the photos to be expensive, it was still disappointing. Additionally, the photo package was advertised at $89 USD, yet my credit card was charged $102.97 without prior explanation. Our tour guides were polite and friendly; however, their involvement in selling and exaggerating the necessity of gear left a very poor first impression. That experience overshadowed the activities and negatively affected the overall mood of the tour. If the staff focused less on upselling and more on transparency, the experience—and their tips—would likely improve.

Mediocre tourist trap - Friendly guide, mediocre value for money (ATV ride only about 20mins incl stops). Staff was unfriendly in refusing my shared ride for solo traveler even though offered via website. The upgrade to solo vehicle was 35USD, while the online offer was only 19USD more. Ripoff. I declined and instead they let me ride with the guide but i could not drive the vehicle myself. Also, they mentiones "lunch included" but it was only served at 5PM. Of course along the way there were several stands with food you had to pay extra for.

Antonio- Aggressive driver abusing - Driver Antonio very rude and abused us outside our hotel for not giving him enough tip. Tip is optional and is paid as per our discretion and nobody has a right to abuse us anywhere. Stay away from this trip as they all are cheap and they keep asking for tips. After completion of activity tour guides told us to tip all of them which includes all employees as well the driver but Antonio asked us more tip while dropping us to hotel. When we gave him tip, he was aggressive and asked for more. Stay away from this tour agency and especially Antonio, the driver.

The ATV is a shared ATV... - The ATV is a shared ATV for two people so if your group has more than two people. If you want to ride single then you have to pay an extra $30 per person. This was not mentioned in the booking details prior and you are only informed or asked to confirm your transportation the day before the activity. They do not let you bring your phone on the ATV or Zip lining, but they do have numerous people there taking your pictures and videos. Before they started taking pictures, we asked them how much they would be at the end and they laughed and NEVER told us. At the end there are different picture packages that all cost $50 or more. “Lunch” is at the very end is a JOKE! They give you two mini pork tacos and if you don’t eat pork they give you veggie tacos which only has rice, carrot, and cabbage in it. If you want other food they bring you a menu where everything is $10 or more. I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family.
