A dream - The boat, the crew were great. We had a great experience. The snorkeling was a great, the water crystal clear and experienced plenty of fishing. We were alone on the boat, accordingly the well-being was even better. The snack (fish ceviche and fresh fruit) were very fresh and fine. The margaritas had it all, very well mixed. We can only recommend it. The pictures taken during the tour are very high quality, not cheap. But it is worth taking them

Wonderful. - Palomo and Berenice were wonderful with us. They made the experience amazing. The beach club is not spectacular but the staff is very friendly and the view very nice

Amazing experience in Cozumel - This was the best snorkeling tour we’ve ever taken (and we’ve done a few). Our guide (Jorge) and the boat captain (Marco) were both friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. We saw an abundance of marine life including a wide variety of fish, Star fish, stingrays and barracuda . The fresh fruit and ceviche that they served to us on a float in the ocean was the icing on the cake! This was the first time we booked through Viator and we are very impressed. Looking forward to planning our next adventure. 😀

Great trip, ask about extra costs - It was AWESOME! It was just my husband and I and we had a wonderful time. Our guide for snorkeling found some very cool marine life, very knowledgeable. The photographer was excellent, very sweet. My only issue was the food. We asked for anything but the cerviche. Which they happily did. But after we returned home i saw i was charged over $100 from the resort that the boat left from. I don't know what the charge was from. We didn't eat or drink anything at the resort. The only thing i can figure is they charged us for the food. If that's the case I'm not happy. It was only my husband and I. We could have had more people and drank a d ate a lot more. I had one drink, my husband had 3, for the entire trip. You would think they could have thrown in the food since it was only 2 of us. We tipped 20 percent too, which again we thought was fair for just 2 people that they catered to. I would do it again but ask about the food cost in advance.

Fantastic day! Thank you - We had the most amazing day with Verinice and Carlos, which exceeded our expectations at every aspect. I will be booking this tour again next year, and would recommend to others without hesitation. We booked online directly with the company ahead of time, which saved us $50. Communication was excellent, and we received confirmation, instructions and recommendations by email well in advance of our visit. It takes 20mins from the Cozumel ferry port to get to the Tortugas beach club, and taxis are readily available to take you there. Carlos and Verince made our day! They were excellent hosts, so knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout, with music, refreshments and good vibes plentiful. Verinice stayed with us in the water, and we saw many fish and a nursing shark whilst snorkelling. Once docked at the el cielito sand bar, we had plenty of time to enjoy the water and see many many sting rays as they swam closely around us. The water was absolutely crystal clear and a beautiful turquoise blue, it was an out of this world experience, and made so much more memorable by private boat. The 6 of us were on la Cosita, and had plenty of space. This trip was great value and worth every single penny. Thank you so much Verinice and Carlos!

Amazing time - Amazon time with Jorge and Carlos. Amazing time, snorkeling in three different beautiful locations to see stingrays and starfish and the gorgeous reef. They were friendly and amazing and did the best job for our group.

Will definitely book again! - We did this tour on a cruise and it was highlight of trip! Price was great and the the fact that it was private was amazing. Saw a much of wildlife and loved the entire day. Lunch on a floating table was awesome!

Amazing tour with beautiful landscapes, but attention to the entry rate - The walk is really worth it! The boat (El Gordo) was very well taken care of and transmitted safety, and the staff was attentive, helping us throughout the experience. We chose to do a short snorkeling in El Cielo and follow to El Cielito, a quieter beach. Unfortunately, a storm forced us to return earlier, but the landscapes are simply paradisiacal. The only downtime occurred at the entrance to the park: when we closed the tour by Viator, the informed cost was $6,00 per Cover, but when we arrived at Tortugas Bay we had to pay double, claiming the price had been changed.

Amazing snorkel excursion with great guides! - Carlos, Omar, and Berenice helped us have the most perfect day in Cozumel! We stopped at 3 stops to snorkel and saw turtles, starfish, stingrays, and many colored fish! We then got to hang out at a sandbar and had stingrays go right by us! Great drinks, ceviche, and fruit were served! The group also let us put on any music we requested and made it easy to get on and off the boat. Berenice took great photos that we got to purchase afterwards. Would definitely book this excursion again and request Berenice!

Best Private Snorkel Guide - Awesome tour, the crew were professional and great company! The 4 stops were amazing and the final stop to relax, drink and swim with the sea rays was a perfect end to the tour.
