Absolutely worth it! - It was exactly what we thought it would be. The guides were amazing, very funny and showed us exactly where to be to see all the things we paid to see. We had a great time standing around in the shallow water, drinking margaritas as the stingrays swam by. 10/10 would recommend!

MUST DO ADVENTURE !! - I can honestly say the boat trip to El Cielo in Cozumel was one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. From start to finish, everything felt effortless, well-organized, and genuinely special. The crew made us feel welcome right away—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The boat itself was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and take in the stunning views of that unreal turquoise water. El Cielo truly lives up to its name. The water is crystal clear and shallow, with starfish scattered across the sandy bottom—it almost doesn’t look real. Being able to stand in the warm sea, surrounded by such beauty, was unforgettable. We also stopped at a couple of snorkeling spots before arriving, and the marine life was incredible—colorful fish, coral, and even rays if you’re lucky. What really made the experience stand out was the atmosphere. It wasn’t rushed or overcrowded, just a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and natural beauty. Drinks, fresh snacks, and great music added to the vibe without taking away from the peacefulness of the place. If you’re visiting Cozumel, this is an absolute must-do. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve left—pure paradise.

A great snorkel experience! - This was a fun trip! The staff was very helpful. They made sure everyone stayed together and stayed safe. They were helpful with getting everyone in and out of the water. One of the guides is there to take pictures of you while you snorkel and you can purchase those pictures at the end of the day. He took some great pics. They took us to 4 locations. Two of the locations had a good amount of sea life. The third one was focused on seeing a bunch sea stars which was good. The fourth one was a spot just slightly off the shore where we could get out of the boat, have some ceviche and fruit and drink some beers and margaritas. The best part about this last stop though was that there were multiple large rays that would swim all around us in the water. I’ve never been that close to a ray before besides maybe one in an aquarium. Definitely not just out wild ones out in the ocean! It was a very fun afternoon!

Great experience snorkeling the 3 areas - This is a great tour all in all ... Great snorkeling and a lot of fun at the sandbar with delicious snacks and drinks . We had a ton of stingrays swimming around us and near the end when getting ready to board the boat a nurse shark swam around us which was the icing on the cake. We saw the coral reef with some fish, went to the turtle area and saw none and then to the starfish area were we saw lots. Disappointed they didn't hunt for some turtles and then let us off the boat once some were found. The food was great and fresh and the drinks were good....Beer, Margaritas and pops. The crew was a lot of fun ..the photos taken are amazing but super expensive to buy . The boat ride is a bit rough but it is a small boat that holds maybe 24 people. Not a Catamaran type boat. Also if you have any physical challenges this may be very hard as we jumped off the side of the boat and then climbed up a metal ladder to get back on . A great day and worth the trip for sure ..seeing the stingrays and shark made up for missing out on the turtles.

Be prepared to pay extra - Good tour overall, fun crew, good food and drinks. The part I hated were the scammy parts: 1) even though we paid in full, we were told we paid an additional 200 pesos per person for a port fee then signed a fake check-in sheet. How do I know it was fake? 2 late arrivals came and the rep thought they were Mexicans so didn’t for their 200 pesos each nor made them sign. When the rep realized they weren’t Mexicans I saw that disappointed look of missed opportunity for free cash when we got to the boat crew. Also, 3 people out of no where jumped onto the boat last minute who don’t sign or pay. 2) over-priced underwater photos they were pushing after. Bring your own camera… 3) begging for tips once we docked

Not that great - So crowded and the guildes weren't all that interested in making a fun experience...they just wanted to get through it.
