Important: Entry to the Jade Cenote and the enchanting town of Cedral is not included. Guests are required to pay an additional $20 per person at the beginning of the tour to obtain the necessary bracelet.

• The excursion start time is based on local time. We allow a 25-minute grace period for passengers. If they do not arrive at the assigned meeting points within this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no show,” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
