Jade Cavern private Jeep tour - Perfect tour for one day in Cozumel. Our family of 14 year old daughter and 18 year old son loved the experiences. Saw a local Cenote (saltwater/freshwater mix) near the cruise port that had 2 crocodiles, a heron, and multiple fish species. Ultra clear water. Didn’t swim there but you can so optionally. Then off to El Cedral (private community) where the Jade Cavern Cenote is located. Bit of a rough ride in the Jeep for the final 5-10 min but they go slowly so no big deal. At Jade Cavern, jumped into the water from a 15-20 foot height, saw tons of turtles and it has a natural bat cave which was cool. Then hit the east side of the island for mojitos at the Chen Rio beach. Fantastic drinks, great photo ops on the beach and coral rock formations, and there’s Pancho the massive crocodile right next to the roadside bar. Tequila tasting was awesome, learned a ton about how it’s made. Finished up with lunch at Coco Beach and the tacos were great. Overall, you get to see a large chunk of the island and Jonny was extremely informative as a lifetime local. Highly recommend this excursion!

Johnny was the best! - Johnny was amazing.! The cenotes/Jade Cavern were beautiful with several unexpected surprises. Jade Cavern was my daughter’s favorite part of the trip. Then off to enjoying mojitos, snorkeling, tequila tasting and lunch on the beach. Johnny was an educational and wonderful host the entire day.

Great tour with Pedro - We had an amazing day with Pedro. He took us to see the Jade cavern and navigated the bumpy road with expertise and gave us the best “Mayan Massage”. He took us to an amazing snorkeling location and we swam with a school of fish for the duration of our swim. We also had a great time learning about the island from his unique perspective. He had many great stories to share. Lunch was also good. We had the fish tacos as per Pedro’s suggestion, and they did not disappoint.
