10/10 Cooking Experience - Look no further for an incredible San Miguel cooking experience! We had a wonderful time cooking with Sam. He is incredibly friendly and a talented chef, we learned so much from him and made three courses of delicious, beautiful food. He also rotates the menu seasonally and can accommodate various dietary preferences.

Excellent cooking class - a lot of fun - Sam is an experienced chef and fully engaged during the teaching process. It’s where he has a passion for food and travel, having worked at high-end restaurants all over the world. We enjoyed the class and especially the lunch that was prepared.

Excellent and tasty cooking class! - Chef Sam conducts the cooking class. It’s usually 2 or 4 people so it’s intimate with a lot of attention. Chef Sam has worked around the world and it’s very interesting to learn how he does things. We prepared a 3 course lunch under his direction. Learned a lot, with ideas to take home. And it tasted SO GOOD. Really a great experience that Chef Sam provides.

Cooking extraordinaire - This class with Sam far exceeded my expectations and any cooking class i have attended. The food was magnificent and we presented it like a Michelin chef. He was so organized, demonstrated every step and provided excellent non typical recipes.. it was an extremely enjoyable day.

A MUST do while in San Miguel. - My favorite thing I did while in San Miguel. Sam was personable, had a storied and experienced background and the food was incredible. I learned new preparation of common foods and was exposed to different combinations of flavors. Exactly what I wanted. The people in each class are small, giving you a personal and intimate feeling. I also connected with other participants which I appreciated as a solo traveler. The dishes were presented beautifully and it was honestly an experience that I will remember forever. Great value for the price and I will recommend Sam’s class to anyone who visits. What a wonderful time.

Fun, delicious, but no recipes - We had a fun time prepping and cooking up 3 regional dishes with chef Sam. We were impressed with ourselves lol! He has some serious training and experience but made it all seem easy...and it was delicious! Only reason for no 5 stars, he forgot to email me the recipes...
