Educational and fun tour with a Local! - Very educational! Fernando really provided great history of San Miguel as we explored multiple neighborhoods. He was of course, proud to announce that Travel and Leisure recently had voted San Miguel de Allende as the #1 city in the World. What an honor!

Orientation to San Miguel Allende - We were fortunate that there are only four people on the tour, giving us plenty of time for questions and an interaction with the tour guide. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and responded to our questions directly. The tour gave us the opportunity to get oriented to the city so that we were able to go back later on to further explore. definitely worth the experience.

Great quick introduction to the city in just a few hours! - Jalal does an excellent job of introducing you to the city while still allowing you to pick and choose what you want to spend your time on. She fully oriented us to the important spots in the city and gave us a preview of the history. She referred us to places she likes to go to as a local, which us made us feel like we were getting to know the city more quickly than we otherwise could have. It was an easy walk — nothing too strenuous. Her map she shares was super helpful as well. Wonderful tour, worth it! Would 100% recommend to others.

Great tour, incredible guide. - My wife and I have done numerous walking tours in cities around the world. This was one of the best. First, because the city of San Miguel is so interesting and full of history. Second, because our guide Fernando was incredible. Smart, funny, knowledgeable as a lifetime resident. Highly recommended.

Art, History and Fun - This tour exceeded my expectations by tenfold. Jalal, our guide, was spectacular. She had an immense knowledge of Mexican and SMA history. But her charming personality and intimate knowledge of the city made the day so much fun. The tour was supposed to last two hours, but went closer to three... because everyone was having such a good time.

So much insider anecdotes and information - Jesus was a thoroughly knowledgeable, patient and fun guide in a walking tour of San Miguel de Allende. Jesus could answer every question. Jesus was excellent.

Enjoyable tour - Jesus was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history and heritage of San Miguel. The tour offered a thoughtful and detailed introduction to the city’s key landmarks and historical context. It was a great way to get oriented on my first day and added meaning to everything I saw afterward. One note: I had asked the tour organizer ahead of time and was told it would end on time, but it ran a bit over, which left me scrambling to make it to my next reservation. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning back-to-back activities.

Good, but short on the history - I've taken this tour and the Historical Walking Tour. I would say the Historical Walking Tour is better if you want history. Our guide was nice, worked hard, but she skipped a lot of the information that I found interesting from the other tour.

Did not have a great experience - We were disappointed. Fernando from Follow me tours was late and ended the tour 20 minutes before our 2 hours were up. Did not engage much and was dragging us along. Normally we really enjoy Viator tours.
