- Gran Vuelo Teotihuacan - Upon arrival at the balloonport, guests will be welcomed with coffee and cookies, followed by a brief overview of the day’s itinerary and a safety video to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests will then proceed to the balloon for their flight, with time allotted for photos before takeoff.
- La Cueva Teotihuacán - Guests will enjoy a delightful breakfast in a magnificent natural cave, featuring a traditional regional dish in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
- Tlalocan Artesanías y Experiencias - A brief and engaging explanation of Teotihuacan culture will be provided. A guide will discuss obsidian and maguey, and offer tastings of regional spirits such as Tequila, Pulque, and Mezcal.
- Piramides De Teotihuacan - A guided tour of the archaeological area will be conducted by a local guide, who will share insights about the Teotihuacan culture. After viewing the pyramids from above during the flight, guests will now appreciate their grandeur from the ground.

100% worth the price and so amazing! - Such an awesome experience! We came as a group of friends and all had a really fun time.
We were contacted through WhatsApp to coordinate/confirm pickup time, location, a picture of the vehicle, and our driver’s name the day before the excursion. We were picked up at our AirBnb around 4:25 am, we had a few more stops to pick up people, and then it was a little over an hour drive outside the city. We met Ivanna at the first main destination to grab a cup of coffee, go over the plan for the day, and then were off to the hot air balloons! We got pictures taken before and after, which all turned out really well (receiving these images and drone footage of our balloon ride was an extra cost, but worth it). Hot air balloon was up in the air with about 20 until sunrise over the pyramids. We spent almost an hour up in the air. It was a clear day and not as cold or windy as we expected.
The cave breakfast after that was really good - we had a fruit plate, breads, and Jamaica (hibiscus juice) waiting for us, and then had a few choices for actual breakfast food, plus coffee! Overall plenty to be full, but they did let us know there was additional food that could be purchased through the waitstaff as well.
Then back to the pyramids for time to walk around. We spent about 1.5 hours exploring, which was enough time to climb the smaller pyramid to the viewing platform, and then also walk to the larger pyramid (taking plenty of pictures along the way).
Ivanna did an excellent job letting us know exactly what we would be doing next, how long it would take to get there in the van, about how long we would have at each destination, AND where the bathrooms all were along our trip, which we all really appreciated.
I do wish I had brought more paper pesos with me to tip everyone, but another group member covered for us. We had a great team today - our driver Jesus, trip manager Ivanna, photographer José, and our hot air balloon driver Victor. Everyone was so nice and did a great job telling us where to go and what to do.
Overall absolutely worth the price, and I would 100% do it again in a heartbeat.

Teotihuacán with a view from the sky - The hot air balloon over the pyramids of teotihuacan was an incredible experience. I would been satisfied with just that. But the fact that they offer breakfast a La Cueva, shopping at Tlalocan along with a history lesson, and a tour of the pyramids on foot, made this a 10/10 experience. Our guide, Ivana, was so friendly & helpful every step of the way.

Excellent balloon experience. - Balloon ride was great and well worth getting up for. Watching the sunrise from the balloon was incredible and the flight over the pyramids was a view you can’t get any other way.

Great experience! - Great experience overall and great company to work with for the balloon ride! They do take plenty of photos and videos, although there is an additional charge for that. Really happy we decided to do this tour!

Serene and enjoyable! - Amazing experience! Pilot was super friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and made sure everyone knew the safety rules. Just soak in and enjoy the view of the Pyramids and the sunrise. Do bring a coat/jacket as it can get cold. But on the balloon because of the flame above you'll be warm and cozy
