• Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel - Guests will be picked up from their hotel or Airbnb as requested. Please note that the pickup radius is within 10 km of the historic center. If the accommodation is outside this area, the meeting point is the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel.
• Explora México Teotihuacan - These are the operator’s facilities. Guests who did not book the full package must arrive at 6:00 a.m. Those who booked the full package will be picked up before 5:00 a.m. Upon arrival, guests will be checked in, shown a safety video, and have time to enjoy coffee and cookies.
• San Martin de las Piramides - The hot air balloon flight will begin and last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending entirely on the weather. Please note that the pilot does not control the direction, as it is determined by the wind; they can only control the ascent and descent of the balloon. The journey will be recorded with a drone—don’t forget to wave!
• Restaurante Cueva Obsidiana - If the cave option was chosen, this is the restaurant for guests. Imagine having breakfast inside a completely natural cave—it’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
• Restaurante Huehueteotl - Breakfast brunch included, an excellent Mexican restaurant!
• Piramides De Teotihuacan - Guests will enter the archaeological zone (pyramids). The entrance fee is not included (5 USD per person). Guests will be able to visit the pyramids, temples, the road of the dead, and the pre-Hispanic museum.
• San Juan Teotihuacan - There will be a brief introduction to what will be visited later at the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, along with a cultural overview. Guests will also enjoy a tasting of delicious pulque and xoconostle liqueur. They will learn about obsidian, maguey, and precious stones, all guided by a local artisan.

What will be done?
If the package with transportation is selected, the pickup will occur between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m. to reach Teotihuacán by approximately 5:30 a.m. Upon arrival, guests will be treated to coffee and cookies, followed by check-in.

The hot air balloon ride lasts about 40 to 50 minutes, depending on weather conditions, as the pilot manages only the ascent and descent.

After landing, guests will be shown footage captured by a drone and professional cameras. Breakfast will follow, based on the chosen package.

Guests will then enjoy a tasting of traditional drinks like tequila and pulque, along with a brief explanation about obsidian and the maguey plant. There will be 1 hour to explore the ruins, with the opportunity to climb the Pyramid of the Moon independently.

The return to the meeting point and then to the hotel is planned, with an estimated arrival time between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. (the tour concludes around noon).
