Tasting Fees at each winery stop are additional: Average tasting fees are $25 - $30 per person.

Best Wine Tour I've Been On - This was a great wine tasting tour! We lucked out, I guess because it was a holiday weekend, most of the tour guides were on vacation, so we got the owner, Kai. Also, there were only four of us. Kai seems to know most of the owners personally -- and boy did that pay off -- at one winery, after our regular tasting, we were having lunch on the patio, and the owner approached our group, started chatting with us and then invited us back into the barrel room and gave us tastes of another five or six wines that were in various stages of the wine process.
Okay -- So, while that is unlikely to happen for most people, the tour was still great!
Kai asked us all about the types of wines we like, and he picked wineries he thought we would like. Which is good, given that there are apparently about 300 tasting rooms in the area.
Kai knows a lot about the local wine scene, and I'm sure he makes his other tour guides learn about them too.
This was totally worth it! Do it!

Terrific wine tasting. - Absolutely fabulous. Our first time in Paso Robles wine tasting and it will not be our last. Kevin our driver was excellent. He has a wealth of experience in the wine industry. He customized our tasting just for us. Highly recommend.

Great wine wrangler - We had a great time with Kevin. He was super knowledgeable. We went to Paris Valley Road and Stillwater for a half day tour. Stillwater water was really approachable with great wine. Keven provided additional recommendations and knows wine and the industry if you are and or you're traveling with novices.

The trip - Kevin, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable. The wine tastings were excellent. People should realize that the fees paid are for transportation… and the information provided. The tastings are the individuals responsibility.

Paso Robles wine tasting tour with The Wine Wrangler. - Tony was very knowledgeable about the Paso Robles wine region and an all around good tour guide for the day. The lunch provided was a turkey wrap with pasta salad, carrots, and cookies. The lunch could have been a little more high end considering the cost of the tour. We went to four wineries. Steinbeck and Tobin James in the region East of the 101, and Rock Creek and Jack’s Creek in the region West of the 101. We had convenient pick up and drop off at Cava Robles RV Resort where we were staying. Overall, from the tour we got a good feel for the Paso area and a sampling of some of the wines the region has to offer. Next time we come back we will book some individual tasting reservations with other wineries in the area.
