Adam - This entire excursion was seamless. Pablo was in direct communication with us the day prior to set up the hotel pickup. His vehicle was clean and very nice. We had great conversations all day. Upon arriving at Teotihuacán, we were handed off to Montserrat, the guide for that part of the tour. We were given all kinds of great insight there. Then Pablo took us to a restaurant nearby where my wife and I had lunch. This was followed by a tour of the Guadalupe Basílica in CDMX. All in all a great private tour. I highly recommend this trip to anyone traveling to Mexico City.

Incredible Driver and Tour – Knew Every Shortcut, Great Advice, and Made Our Trip Easy - I had an outstanding experience with PATA Tours during my recent trip to Mexico City. Our driver was exceptional — highly professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city. He navigated confidently through Mexico City’s busy streets and always seemed to know the best routes to avoid traffic. Beyond his driving skills, he offered excellent local insight — from restaurant and shopping recommendations to cultural tips — and made our group feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the trip. He even helped us with currency exchanges and local transactions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whether it was getting to world-class restaurants, sightseeing around the city, or traveling to Teotihuacán and the Formula 1 circuit, he handled everything with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and personable transportation in Mexico City. I’ll definitely be using PATA Tours again on future visits. Our experience with PATA Tours was absolutely fantastic! Our driver was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about Mexico City. He made navigating the city effortless — from airport transfers to restaurant reservations and even helping us with currency exchange. His local insights and thoughtful recommendations made every day smoother and more enjoyable. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend PATA Tours to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Best pyramid tour ever - First of all this is a private tour. When you book please keep in mind that he can pick you up from your hotel. You have to scroll down and write your hotel name and address that would save time for travel since Mexico City traffic is not friendly. The tour start with drive to the moon and the sun pyramid which it was an easy ride. On the way their Plano make a good explanation about everything in Mexico. After the 2 pyramid we go to the last pyramid which that one did not take us that long. After that we stop by and do tequila tasting. Which we lean that we have had a lotttttt better experience with the tasting than this one. But we leaned something new about Pulque which it was great. Then restaurant. The food was good. We sit down and can take a close look at the moon pyramid one last time during our lunch which is quite nice view before say good bye. We ordered pulque mango which it was amazing we end up ordered 2 of them. Their tortillas is the softest we ever try. Then lead to basilica which is the highlight omg love love love it. We had 2 guides and both of them super knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. Once my husband done with walking. The guide still guide me and took a picture came back and explained every my husband. I though that was very caring of him.

Pata Tours, the best without a doubt. - I highly recommend it, especially if they like history, are very professional and have a passion rating in what they do. They're not the kind of guides who make you know things with boredom. If you are not so passionate about the story I recommend them equally, as they are super adaptable to the tastes of the client. It really was the best decision I made out of multiple alternatives I had. Pablo and Isaiah (the latter anthropologist who guides you in Teotihuacan) are a very good duo.

The tour you NEED to book! :) - My family and I (my son, brother, and dad) traveled to Mexico City with the main objective of visiting the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, but Pablo and Isaias made us fall in love with so much more. From pick-up to drop-off, it was a magical experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Every question we had was answered, and every request was granted. I had requested to eat at La Gruta, and not only did they make it happen, but they also ensured everything went smoothly with the reservations. Isaias was incredibly patient at Teotihuacán, and we especially appreciated his in-depth explanations— he’s not only a guide but also an actual archaeologist who grew up in the area of the pyramids. His knowledge brought the history to life in a truly special way. And Pablo—by the end of the day, it felt like we had gained a friend. He went above and beyond to make my dad’s dream come true, and we’ll always be grateful for that. Although most of us speak Spanish, I was so thankful that both Pablo and Isaias conducted the tour in English, so that my son could fully understand and enjoy the experience. With all the options out there, I would HIGHLY recommend booking this tour—you will not be disappointed. This tour exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Pablo and Isaias, for making our trip unforgettable! 💕

Amazing Day Touring with Isaias - This tour was very organized from the start! Reminder message with time of pick up at our hotel, what to bring and a way to contact the tour company. We paid for a private tour but little did we know we were getting an actual Archeologist who grew up and still lives in the vicinity of the pyramids. Our guide was incredibly patient with all of our questions on the ride and while at the Teotihuacan site. We learned so much and enjoyed our company. Isaias has a passion for religion so him taking us to the Basilica Guadalupe was again an amazing experience with such a knowledgeable person. We had such a great experience thanks to this very interesting gentleman and my friend and I can't recommend him enough through PATA tours.

Great guide, but tour description needs clarity - First and foremost, Isaias was a fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable guide. He picked us up right on time and even texted us upon arrival, which we appreciated. On the drive to the Pyramids, he shared interesting facts about the different cities and towns we passed. Once we arrived, Isaiah explained the history of the pyramids in great detail. It’s worth mentioning that he studied anthropology, so you really couldn’t ask for a better guide. I did remove one star, though, because the tour description wasn’t completely clear. To our surprise — and perhaps this is just a cultural norm we didn’t know about — we were expected to pay for our guide’s lunch. We were brought to a beautiful cave restaurant, but it wasn’t stated anywhere that his meal would also be our responsibility. We assumed only our own lunch wasn’t included. Overall, it was a solid experience, and we’d gladly book again.
