• Mexico City - 4:00 am - 6:00 am: Guests will be picked up from their hotel or location in CDMX, including areas like Countess, Polanco, Rome, Centro, Reforma, etc. (only if the option that includes this service was selected). Contact will be made one day prior to the activity to confirm the exact pickup time, which will be between 4:00 am and 4:40 am.
• Gran Vuelo Teotihuacan - 6:00 am - 8:00 am: Upon arrival in Teotihuacan, guests will document their visit and proceed to our terrace for coffee and cookies while waiting for the balloon to be prepared. There will be an opportunity to take photos before embarking on a balloon flight lasting 35 to 50 minutes, depending on weather conditions. After landing, a toast with sparkling wine will be held, and a flight certificate will be presented. Guests can return to the offices to purchase a photo package at an additional cost.
• La Cueva Teotihuacán - 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Following the hot air balloon flight, guests will dine at “La Cueva,” a restaurant located in a natural cave. This unique dining experience offers the best cave-style cuisine, featuring traditional dishes from the Teotihuacan region and Mexico.
• Tlalocan Artesanías y Experiencias - 9:00 am - 10:00 am: Guests will visit an artisan cooperative where they will receive an engaging explanation about Teotihuacan culture, obsidian, maguey, precious stones, and enjoy a tasting of typical regional drinks.
• Teotihuacan Pyramids - 10:00 am - 11:30 am: Guests will have up to 1.5 hours of free time to explore the Teotihuacan pyramids on foot. It is recommended to walk along the Avenue of the Dead and take photos in front of the magnificent Pyramid of the Sun and Pyramid of the Moon. Access tickets are included.
• Mexico City - 11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Finally, guests will be dropped off at the same location where they were picked up, with consideration for traffic conditions and potential closures due to marches, marathons, or public events in CDMX, which are quite common. If guests have additional activities planned, they can request a different drop-off location by notifying us in advance.
