The best way to visit Teotihuacán - An excellent day at the pyramids with Daniel! Communication was great, the ride was comfortable, and the knowledge and enthusiasm Daniel has for history really made the experience. Grabbing popsicles at one of the vendors towards the end of the tour was a game-changer on a hot day, highly recommend you do that and treat your guide to one for their hard work!

A must do when in CDMX! - The entire experience was great, from the booking reservation process, communications ahead of the trip and the tour itself. Roman our guide was extremely kind and knowledgeable sharing information about the history in a really engaging and fun way as we toured the pyramids and its grounds. I would love to go back and can't recommend this experience more!

Perfectly curated Teotihuacan tour - Our trip to Teotihuacan was perfectly curated by our amazing guide, Tania. Everything is well planned out, for maximum enjoyment. The tour starts early, but you will be happy to not have the blazing sun at 3 PM as you are walking the two miles of the avenue of the dead or up the 47 steps of the moon pyramid.
It was like hanging out with a friend who has this cast knowledge of Teotihuacan and the enthusiasm to share it.
I already had some knowledge, from a college course in Chicano Studies but this was way better! I would have missed great details, had it not been for Tania.
Like being in my own live version of a history channel episode, without the commercials and with laughter.
We also went to a cave, hardhats included because safety first and no small detail was overlooked. More information that links it all.
Then after all the walking, climbing up and down, we headed over for a five course lunch with drinks.
I am Mexican and let me tell you that the food was amazing! Don't tell my mom. You will only find this paired selection on the tour.
After this we headed over to a Pulque tasting and stone working. There's a lot of great souvenirs and real stones like Gold Obsidian at great prices.
Bonus was being able to see Xoloitzcuinli puppies!
It was all perfectly curated and I would not have enjoyed this experience without such a well crafted, magical and fun tour.

Daniel and Alex are the best! - Our guide Daniel was AMAZING! And the driver Alex was also great! They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you ask for them by name. The organization to get there and back was also amazing. Our guide spoke English and Spanish. We were starving and requested to stop really fast to get some food and they had a fantastic recommendation that was very fast, delicious and on the way back. Don't miss out on Daniel and Alex!

All-day Good Times at Teotihuacan - What a great tour! Daniel took good care of our group starting with organizing all-day transportation. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the pyramids and a great host helping facilitate a delicious lunch afterwards. Would recommend.

Teotihuacán tour - ChillN’go is an amazing company to book and communicate with. This is one of 2 tours we booked with them. This tour was conducted by Omar who has a PhD in archeology, and is a past uni lecturer and high school teacher so to spend time with him exploring this amazing site was incredible. With his extensive historical and cultural understanding he often used traditional stories to explain the background of sections of the site. And his knowledge of all things Mexican past and present was also amazing to answer our innumerable questions. The tour started with being picked up from our hotel by our lovely driver Jorge and Omar for the drive out, wandering the site for 2 hours and return drive to the city where we continued on to the amazing traditional markets. Such a special experience- thank you Omar, Jorge and ChillN’Go!

Good experience in the afternoon. - We booked this because it seemed to offer more flexibility to visit the site in the afternoon than other options. We had an appointment in the morning and this allowed
us to leave CDMX around noon.
We were picked up promptly by Luis and taken to and from Teotihuacan. The vehicle was a Jeep and it was a comfortable, fun ride to and from the site.
We had a great time with our tour guide Isa (Isaac). He was a really personable and knowledgeable person. I would gladly do another tour with him in the future.

Great tour, horrible transportation - The tour itself was fantastic and the guide provided a lot of facts and background behind the ruins. However, the transportation was subpar—we expected a bus of some sort, but the three of us were crammed in the back of a small sedan for 1 hour each way. It was very uncomfortable and set the wrong tone for the entire experience. Also, the tour promised 6 hours but in reality it was more like 2 hours.

Disappointing - The experience was ruined by the transportation. There was a driver, a tour guide and a “trainee” and the two of us were asked to share the back seat of a mid 2000s Nissan Ultima with the trainee. There was no AC, it was loud, hot, dirty and crowded. Plus if they knew there was 2 of us in advance - and 3 of them - not sure why they would bring a midsize car. Not what we had in mind for private transport and tour. Not worth the cost in comparison to a group tour.
