Amazing. Loved the day at... - Amazing. Loved the day at the beach. Vieques is a very cool place. The Mosquito Bay was fun. The moon was out so it was harder to see the bioluminescence but still amazing.

Long but very enjoyable - It was a long but very enjoyable outing. There were a series of hand-offs (one guy picked us up from the hotel and drove us, and others, to the ferry where we had to meet with the tour guide and then another handoff to the kayaking operator). It was a little confusing at times but easily overcome. I easily found vegetarian options for dinner which I wasn’t sure about so that was nice. The kayaking was fun and informative. Overall it was a great outing.

Awesome beach and night sky - Worth the cost just to have everything coordinated. Got picked up at the hotel, shuttle ride to coast, ferry ride, then shuttled to a secluded beach spot where the water and lack of waves were perfect. Then dinner on our own in the local town before a shuttle to the night kayaking in bio bay. The stars in the night sky were incredible. Seeing the bio glow and the fish feeding at the surface was great. Guide was very personable and led a great tour. Expect to get wet in the kayaks, but well worth it.

5 out of 5 stars - Well organized; prompt service; great amenities! The transportation was comfortable and safe. Communication was excellent and our guides were very clear in their instructions. I especially appreciated the surprise beach chair when we arrived at Sunbay Beach! Would highly recommend this tour!!!

Amazing experience! - What an absolutely amazing experience! There are lots of reviews out there, and I agree with every positive one! So instead of repeating every review, I'd like to add a bit of information about the trip. I am an over-thinker and over-preparer and I think there was not enough information in the description. We were picked up right at our hotel. The driver was 5 minutes late and he texted us the arrival time which was great. We drove in a minivan for about 10 minutes tops, picking up other tourists on the way and were dropped off right at the bigger bus that took us to ferry. We met our guide (unfortunately I didn't get his name) on the bus, he was extremely nice and welcoming. He guided as from the bus to the ferry and later from the ferry to the 2 minivans that were waiting for us at the Vieques. We stopped by a nice beach for some pictures and then at another beach for some relaxation time. Our guide had beach chairs, water, and even fruits for all of us. After beach the minivans took us to the small town where we had some free time to get dinner (on your own, there are couple of restaurants in the area) and look at an amazing sunset. Our guide separated us into groups and gave us different times for the bio bay tour and told us where to meet (that's one part that had me confused - did people who went earlier had more time at the bio bay or they finished earlier?) Note: we were told we'll need water shoes and bug spray, but the bio bay guide (every group had their own bio bay guide) told us no shoes (they scratch clear kayaks) and no bug sprays (they hurt water creatures). There were no bugs btw. After the bio bay we were back on the minivan, drove to the ferry, took the ferry back to the main island and the bus took us to our hotel. We left our hotel at 11 and arrived back around 12. The inly negative I can say about this experience - on the Vieques the minivans didn't have enough sits for everyone, so we had to scooch over, and one person had to seat on the floor. That felt very unsafe. I would recommend having a change of clothes with you - after day at the beach and in the kayaks - spending ride back in AC with wet back was not fun. Overall it was one of the best excursions I ever took, and very well organized! Even my teens were very impressed and were not bothered by long drives.

The beach and bio bay... - The beach and bio bay excursion are absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough about how in “awe” my family and I were during the bio bay kayaking. It truly felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The tour guide was very nice and the kayak guides were knowledgeable and friendly. While the experiences are great, they are only a few hours in total of your day. The rest of the time is spent traveling, waiting and there is a short dinner break. It felt like a very long day of being shuffled from one mode of transportation to the next. I feel like it could be made better by offering more snacks/refreshments throughout the day. Also, there isn’t access to a restroom at the beach stop and all of the facilities we used on Vieques were less than desirable. My family and I felt it was worth it for the experience but you really have to be ready for a long day.

Day trip - The bioluminescent was not at all how it was advertised. The beach we visited was beautiful and definitely had fun there. The lunch spot was not it though. Bring your own snacks or just eat somewhere else.

Vieques Bioluminescence tour - The tour was well organized. But the actual kayaking part was a lt down. The Bio wasn't that bright bevause of the moon brightness which is fine I get it. But it was a hurry up and kayak over here and then listen to the guy talk for 40 mins then hurry up and kayak back. I wanted to kayak around the bay not listen to a lecture. Meanwhile I wanted as other groups kayaked all around the bay shore and I could see their tour guides pointing out things with a flashlight. But I must would have preferred more kayaking than just listening to information that im honestly not all that interested in. I was there to experience it not get the history of it.
