• San Juan - The adventure begins with a guide picking up participants from their chosen hotel, resort, residence, or Airbnb in San Juan, Isla Verde, and Condado. For those staying in Rio Grande or Fajardo, a convenient meeting point can be arranged nearby for added comfort. The tour is scheduled from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. These times are selected to avoid the crowds from larger groups, ensuring a more comfortable and safer experience.
• El Yunque Hiking Area - Upon arrival, a certified guide will lead participants into one of the most stunning hidden areas near El Yunque National Forest.

The journey begins with a picturesque hike through lush rainforest trails, surrounded by vibrant greenery and tropical sounds. The hike covers approximately 1.5 miles and takes about 20 minutes to reach the first natural pool.

The adventure continues as participants carefully navigate rocks for about 15 more minutes to reach the main attraction, a natural waterslide nestled deep within the jungle.

Once there, participants will spend around 2 hours fully immersed in the experience:

• Swim in refreshing natural pools
• Swing from a rope like Tarzan
• Slide down a natural rock waterslide
• Cool off under a small waterfall
• Optional cliff jumps at various heights

All activities are optional, allowing participants to move at their own pace and comfort level.

If a participant chooses to bring personal items, they do so at their own risk. We will not be able to stop the excursion to search for lost items in the forest or river. • Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory.
• Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy and uneven surfaces without assistance.
• This tour operates based weather and river conditions. In the event of poor weather, you will be offered an option to reschedule or refund.
• Minimum of 4 people required per reservation
• On Saturdays the hike is around 15 minutes longer since we depart from a different point.
• Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.
• Personal Belongings Policy for the Rainforest Excursion: At our Rainforest Excursion, the safety and experience of our guests are our top priorities. Due to the nature of the activity—which involves hiking, water contact, and constant movement in a natural environment—we strongly recommend that participants do not bring any personal belongings unless absolutely necessary. While we do allow the use of prescription glasses for those who need them for vision, all other personal items should be left in a secure location before the excursion.
• Tours Hacker reserves the right of admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or providing false information, such as lying about their age, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants and expect honesty in all aspects of the booking process.
• IMPORTANT: Our activity is designed for people between (10 and 60 years old) with good physical condition. You have to be able to walk by your own in uneven surfaces. For safety reasons, people who are overweight, have previous injuries, are pregnant, or have health problems are not allowed to participate. Evidence of age via license or birth certificate will be required to ensure compliance with these requirements. Furthermore, no exceptions or refunds will be made to those who fail to comply with these conditions.
