Drivers must be 21 years or older, and passengers should be at least 12 years old, making it an ideal adventure for a diverse range of participants.

• All drivers must be 21 years of age with a valid, unexpired driver’s license. Participants who do not meet the age and licensure requirement will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking and no refund will be issued for forfeitures.
• All participants must be 12 years of age or older. Participants under 21 years of age must be with an adult 21 years of age of older. Participants who do not meet the age, ID and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures.
• The driver on the booking must bring a valid Driver’s License. All other participants on the booking must have valid ID or Driver’s License. Participants who do not meet the age, ID and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures.
• The physical credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check in. The reservation name and the name on the credit card used for payment must match. If the names do not match, the booking will not be valid, and participants must register and pay at check-in, pending booking availability.
• Weight and Height Limits: Height: 1.37 m (4’6”) to 1.96 m (6’5”). Weight: Two-passenger car total weight max is 430 pounds. Four-passenger car: total max weight is 748 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If participant(s) exceed these limits, unfortunately, to ensure your safety, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
• A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for any damage or incidental costs exceeding $150. Please note that failure to provide a credit card for this hold will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be able to participate. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any forfeited bookings.
• Must sign the Ocean Motion Watersports Car Participation waiver prior to participation.
• Bookings canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. See our cancellation policy for details.
• To ensure a smooth experience, customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time for check-in and a mandatory safety protocol review. Late Arrival Policy: Customers who arrive late or after the scheduled booking and departure time will unfortunately forfeit their participation without refund, as timely check-ins are essential for safety and scheduling purposes.
• Customers under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to operate the Jet Cars. Individuals in such a condition will forfeit their ride without eligibility for a refund.
• To ensure the well-being of all participants, individuals who are pregnant will not be permitted to participate. Customers who knowingly book while pregnant will not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.
• Customers must check-in at the Ocean Motion Office. Office is located at San Juan Bay Marina lower level under the Sizzler Restaurant.
• By proceeding with the booking, you confirm and agree that you willingly authorized the credit card transaction for the booking.
• By proceeding with the booking, you confirm you understand and accept that once the tour is completed, refunds will not be issued.
• By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree that refunds and chargeback requests will not be granted for services already rendered, including participation in any booked tour.
• We are located at San Juan Bay Marina, just a 3-minute drive from the T-Mobile Center. Our office is situated on the lower level, beneath Sizzlers Restaurant. Please use “San Juan Bay Marina” in your GPS instead of the physical address to avoid any confusion or delays.
• To ensure smooth operations, we do not accept booking changes less than 24 hours of your scheduled reservation. Exceptions include operator-initiated changes and weather-related reschedules. Non-participation in your booking will not result in a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended bookings.
• By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you understand that refunds and chargebacks will be denied for services you have received, including participation in any tour you have booked. By completing the booking and taking part in the tour, you acknowledge and accept the terms of service provided by the tour operator.
• Please ensure you have read and understood the full terms before finalizing your reservation.
• Completion of your booking and participation in the tour serve as confirmation that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the tour operator’s terms of service.
• Due to the saltwater conditions of the ocean and the possibility of saltwater coming into contact with your eyes, goggles are required for all drivers to ensure clear vision and prevent any obstruction while operating the vehicle.
• Not recommended for participants prone to motion sickness.
