I got to meet a sea turtle! - I cannot recommend this tour enough. The owner, Luna, is a biologist who is both friendly and incredibly informative. When you arrive, she gives a detailed safety briefing — not just for guests, but for the sea life as well. You can immediately tell how much this company respects the ocean and its inhabitants. Before heading out, they walk you through the animals you might encounter, complete with visuals. A wonderful surprise was that the tour guide stays with you the entire time. They take you to specific spots in the bay where they know certain species tend to be, which makes the experience feel intentional and immersive. Our guide spotted plenty of fish, but that wasn’t even the highlight. She found squid — multiple times — and several turtles. Absolutely amazing. These creatures were so well camouflaged that we never would have noticed them on our own. The guide’s trained eye made all the difference. Another thing that stood out was how connected they seemed to the local community. A few times, people who weren’t part of our group called out to our guide to point out other sea life for us to see. It really felt like we were in the hands of someone respected and trusted on the water. They also take pictures of your adventures and send them out that day. The water was a bit choppy on our day (locals said it was calm). If you're prone to motion sickness I would recommend taking some diamine. All in all it was an experience I won't forget. Book it!

Would recommend!! Very friendly and helpful staff! - Staff was very friendly and even though weather wasn’t perfect, they made sure we were still able to get in the water and get the full experience. We were able to see different types of fish and turtles as well and it was very worth it. Would recommend to everyone.

Could have been great - The day was windy and the water was choppy. Our beautiful, kind, funny, wise and skilled main instructor told us that we might not be able to see turtles that day and asked if we were ok with that. I guess right then we should have said no and left, but we drove an hour to get there so we stayed. The instruction was excellent. The group was large and split into two. The visibility under the water was horrendous but we did see a few turtles and some beautiful fish. The real problem was that the student guide who took our half of the group, who was very kind, didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t lead the group nor find much wildlife. He should not have been made responsible for a whole group until he was better trained. We saw very little and it put a damper on our experience. I’m sure all of that will get better over time!

Tourist trap - Me and my girlfriend have been snorkeling countless times but this honestly might have been one of the worst. Not due to the guides at all, they were amazing, but this experience left us utterly dissatisfied and wanting more. First of all you can’t even snorkel by yourself. You’re forced to stay in a giant group of people to look at 1 or maybe 2 turtles in this entire man made bay, while struggling not to kick each other. There were little to NO fish outside of this, No coral reef, nothing what snorkeling is supposed to be. This was supposed to be a relaxing excursion but it honestly just makes me mad I spent almost $100 for this when I could have gone 10 feet to the other shore where there is an ACTUAL reef with TONS of fish for free. Sadly we weren’t able to... - Sadly we weren’t able to do this excursion because weather didn’t permit. First they sent us a message to push our time back which I was fine with but then the next day They did call to cancel our excursion a few mins before our arrival. I felt like they wanted us to cancel our excursion so that way they wouldn’t have to refund us and that’s the reason they waited to so late to call and cancel. They told Me they would cancel the excursion on their end and process a refund, it’s been 24hours and it still shows as if we did the excursion and we didn’t. I would just like a refund please that’s it! We paid $400 for an excursion we did not get to experience. I reached out to the number they texted me on and still no response.
