Great tour! - Amazing tour! Lots of walking, and the weather in San Juan is hot, so dress appropriately, wear walking shoes.
My fiancé and I had the pleasure of visiting San Juan after a cruise, we only had a few hours to make the most of our time, so we decided to sign up for the old San Juan walking tour, and I’m so glad we did! We toured old San Juan with tour guide Carlos who was friendly and knowledgeable about all things Puerto Rico. The tour group consisted of approximately 8- 10 people. We received helpful texts/emails with food/ museum recommendations which was helpful for our whole stay.
I left the experience feeling like I really saw and experienced old San Juan, and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved the history of old San Juan - Carlos was very knowledgeable. He took us through old San Juan and pointed out all the historical facts. We throughly enjoyed our walk with him

Phenomenal - This tour was a 10/10! Old San Juan is stunning, full of color, history, and soul. Our guide Carlos made it even better — knowledgeable, hilarious, and so passionate. We explored hidden spots, took amazing pictures, and learned so much along the way. One of the best experiences of our trip! Don’t hesitate — book the tour!

Great experience during Old San Juan walking tour - Carlos was an excellent tour guide for our Old San Juan walking tour. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate of all the guests. I would highly recommend if you're interested in learning more about the history of Old San Juan and Puerto Rico and don't have a lot of time. He also made recommendations for fabulous lunch and snack locations.

I joined the Old San Juan City Walking Tour with Ms. Ploy - I joined the Old San Juan City Walking Tour with Ms. Ploy, a wonderfully engaging guide who brought Puerto Rico’s colonial history to life. The tour lasted about 3.5 hours, covering nearly 8,200 steps through the cobblestone streets and colorful Spanish-era buildings. Ms. Ploy shared fascinating stories about the city’s fortifications, culture, and legends that kept the group entertained throughout. One major highlight was exploring Castillo San Felipe del Morro, where sweeping ocean views and cannon-lined walls offered a glimpse into centuries of maritime defense. Another standout moment was our stop at Calle del Cristo, where charming boutiques and the famous Chapel of Christ the Savior created a picture-perfect scene. Despite the warm afternoon sun, the pace was comfortable with plenty of photo breaks. By the end, I felt immersed in the island’s soul and grateful for Ms. Ploy’s thoughtful guidance and deep historical knowledge.

Danny was very helpful - Danny was a wonderful tour guide! Very articulate and gave us interesting tidbits about Viejo San Juan's history and Puerto Rican culture in general.
We were supposed to be on a tour with Carlos--in fact we received a text notification earlier in the day with his number--but at the appointed hour he never showed up, despite my texting him that we were on our way.
Turns out there was a conflict with scheduling. Danny, who was also giving a tour at the same time, stepped up and took us with him.
Sure would have been nice to know what was going on...

They cancelled my Monday 0900 tour Sunday night - Sunday night I got a text that my tour for Monday morning was cancelled. I was very unhappy. I was fortunate I was able to book a walking tour with someone else.
