Wonderful experience! - Eli was an amazing tour guide who is very passionate about connecting with people and sharing all the wonderful details about El Yunque. He made sure to check in with everyone many times about the activities we were doing. I loved all of the Puerto Rican history talks given during the car rides.

Beautiful sites and knowledgeable guide - This was my first booking through trip advisor and it didn’t disappoint. Being our first trip to PR, and going in December, apparently it’s really rainy on the mountain so definitely bring a poncho or jacket. The weather on the mountain is different for sure so no worries on being overheated. Our guide Harry had been doing these tours for 20 years, so he knows the spots for photos and guides you on a portion of the hike. For the hike itself, we went on the Britton trail, which is pretty much uphill on a paved path. Make sure you wear shoes so you don’t slip if it’s wet or raining.

Eli was the BEST tour guide! - Eli was the BEST tour guide for our 4.5 hour rainforest tour. His love of people and Puerto Rico made the day one we won’t forget. The tower views were stunning, the hike was short (maybe 1.5 mi round trip) but definitely got our heart rate up, and the river at the end was beautiful. Throughout the entire tour, Eli shared his knowledge of Puerto Rico along with his personal stories and experiences. Highly recommend booking.

Don’t Leave Without Hiking El Yunque - 10/10 if you’d rather skip a day of water sliding and prefer staying dry like I did (aside from wading up to my knees a little to see the fish up close). Eli was extremely knowledgeable & entertaining - a kind and humble soul for sure. Book it.

The only Tropical Rainforest in the US - Our family wore our hiking sneakers, shorts/tee shirts and small backpack with water bottle. The trail is a little slick. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed a swim at the end.

The experience... - The experience description was misleading as an athletic person when it was rated "moderate" for the hike. Overall the best part was the guide. He made the experience worth it despite the disappointment as we were expecting more hiking. Unsure if this was due to a closed trail as there was unexpected trail maintenance. The guide Eli was 10/10 and I learned an amazing amount about the region. I would recommend anyone who is interested in the history attend a tour with Eli.

A nice time for some - Nice tour of key spots in El Yunque. Driver was helpful in explaining some information and telling us where we were going, but this was not a guided tour. We were dropped off at 4 different locations and given a time frame of when the bus would be continuing to the next location. This would be a nice activity for someone who just wants some highlights, but if you want a more interactive or informative tour, look elsewhere.
