Choose your preferred coffee—latte, cappuccino, macchiato, or black (available for purchase, not included)—and consider purchasing a bag of genuine Puerto Rican coffee to take home. This stop also serves as a quick restroom and snack break, providing the perfect boost for the hiking adventure ahead!

This off-the-beaten-path hike is perfect for physically fit adventurers and experienced hikers. Level: Moderate to challenging – anticipate steep trails, river trekking, and sections that require good balance.
Follow a well-marked path through the lush subtropical forest, uncovering hidden waterfalls, including one that stands 150 feet tall, and immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and aromas of the vibrant forest.
Before the trail concludes, cool off in a natural pond surrounded by greenery, enjoying freshly cut tropical fruits while relaxing in the tranquility and privacy of our small, intimate group (8–9 participants max). Every step of this journey connects you with the authentic beauty and raw energy of Puerto Rico’s mountains.

- Good traction shoes, Examples: Keen, Five Ten, La Sportiva. If you don’t have any of these options Good Sneakers (Nike, Reebok, Asics, Addidas, etc.)
- If concern by mosquitos, it is recommended you wear and extra layer under your shirt and pants. Example: long sleeve dry fit tee and compression cool dry sports tights pants base layer. Another option would be Hiking Pants or Bug Repellent
- Have good endurance, balance and coordination. Hiking Level (Off The Beaten Path) - Moderate to Challenging with some steep hiking and river trekking sections - Suitable for all Physically Fit People. (((Please be advised, most participants, that doesn’t fall into this category, usually cannot keep up the required pace, cope with the sustained hiking on steep terrain, and regularly do not complete the adventure. This usually slows everyone down and can result in a safety hazard.)))
