AMAZING EXPERIENCE - Amazing experience! Hiking and ziplining through the rainforest and rappelling down the waterfall were 10/10 experiences! Beautiful views and finished with authentic Puerto Rican food from Grandma. The guides were also very nice and professional, and made us feel safe. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Thrills, Waterfalls, and Warm Hospitality in Puerto Rico’s Rainforest! - Our adventure was the highlight of our Puerto Rico trip—rappelling down the breathtaking waterfall was unforgettable. The guides were absolutely fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us, especially since we had little experience rappelling. They made us feel safe and confident every step of the way. The day wrapped up with a delicious home-cooked meal that added a warm, personal touch to an already amazing experience. Highly recommended for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike!

Best thing we did in PR (even the 21, 19 ,and 15 YO agreed!) - My family of 5 ( 2 of us 45+, and 3 kids (21, 19, 15)) went on the Waterfall Rapelling adventure with Sally and Diego. The whole crew agreed this was the best thing we did in PR! The hike was beautiful and the rappelling was AMAZING! We felt safe with our guides and were able to see some beautiful sites. Obviously, it is a hike (and not a super easy one), so I would recommend that you are in good health and up for adventure! The food at the end was delicious, and we felt so welcome into their little community. Highly recommend this tour!

dolly - A very interesting and adventurous journey. The guides were very welcoming and professional, we hiked in the rainforest and then experienced the rope drop in the waterfall, which was a bit hard for me, but the guides were very professional and gave me a very interesting experience. zipline is relatively simple and feels particularly good to navigate through the rainforest. Finally grandma's lunch is also very deliciously made. It was the best trip we ever had in Puerto Rico.

Amazing Tour Hiking, Rappelling, and Ziplining - We had such an amazing experience! Our guides were amazing, Sally and Diego explained everything in great detail to ensure we had a great time and stayed safe along the way. The hike to the waterfall was really nice and we stopped to take photos along the way. The rappel down the 80 ft waterfall was so amazing, we got very detailed instructions prior to starting and it was such a cool experience. We then zip lined back down to our starting point. Once we were back, we had a very tasty lunch and I was very tempted to ask for seconds but didn’t want to seem greedy! Our tour had about 13 people total which was cool, it wasn’t such a large group to where you couldn’t hear the guides and everyone in our group was really nice! Overall the experience was 5 stars. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to others! Note: You will walk through water and get wet. Recommend having some water resistant hiking shoes because you will be walking on rocks and through water. But we did the tour in cheap water shoes that we bought from the local corner store the day prior and it was totally fine!

Fun Zipling and waterfall Rapelling - It was one of the best tour we have done. It’s definitely adventurous and requires you to be in good shape but super safe because the guides were helpful and keen on safety. Patricia and her guides are one of the most helpful and fun tour guides I came across.

Keep up or be left behind! - BE STRONG ENOUGH TO DO THIS OR BE LEFT BEHIND! I’m not saying it’s a bad experience IF you are able to go. The first part is a moderately fast paced walk up a very steep road for about a steady 15 minutes, which the guides call your “endurance test.” If you keep up, you can go. If not, you go back to “Grandma’s house” aka you wait on a covered porch with no fan or wifi for 3 hours. (Grandma was lovely and provided water, sympathy, and fried potatoes. She was so kind). My son passed the test, i was too slow. I am 59, in good shape, walk or elliptical 3 miles with no problem. I have been on many other adventure tours. This is for you to know in case, like me, you overestimate yourself). This is not for your average older person. If you pass the “endurance test” be prepared to continue uphill through a steam, lift your body up using ropes, and climb rocks. If you know you can do this, great, go! If you are not sure, choose another tour. It gets two stars, one for me, five for my son, minus one for refusing a refund.
