Palermo Pool SUP Yoga Session
Relax your mind and stretch out your limbs with a guided yoga class on the water. Balance on a stand-up paddleboard as you work with a friendly instructor, all while floating on a pool.
What You Will Do
- Enjoy the mental relaxation and physical invigoration of a stand-up paddleboard yoga session
- Participate in a relaxed atmosphere ideal for beginners, working through asanas and breathing techniques
- Test out your balance and work on your core as you try a number of poses while standing on your board in the pool
- Team up with a professional instructor, who has years of experience and a passion for teaching

Please wear sunscreen and bring drinking water. This is a water activity, basic swimming abilities are recommended.
