Great experience!! Early... - Great experience!! Early pickup in the morning from San Jose, but the coach bus was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast stop was great, also had a place to buy a few snacks and souvenirs. On the boat ride over to the island we got to see dolphins and a crocodile! The island was beautiful, lots of activity options, and the included lunch was delicious, and they also provided fresh fruit as a snack. We got a chance to see a boar, deer, a peacock and an iguana while on the island. Victor was our guide, he was very knowledgeable and professional! Would highly recommend booking this tour to anyone visiting!!

A day to relax - This tour was my last day in CR and totally worth it! If you like to go to the beach to hang out, this is the tour for you. The island is very nice and we also had the opportunity to see dolphins when we were on our way. Victor was an excellent guide and we had a great experience. Snorkeling is worth a lot as you see a lot of fish! Very cute, carry blocker and snacks in case you get hungry, especially water!

Overall have a very good day RECOMMENDED - Excellent host ROY good command of English, detailed with what was involved with the trip, concern for each member of the group, met exactly schedules and program. Fun round-trip boat ride, The island a wonder of nature, greenery, turquoise waters of good temperature For me the negative food of regular quality, lack of water and excessive prices for everything that was not in program.

Nice day. Good... - Nice day. Good care and really comfortable bus. The island is not very big and everything is paid even toilet and relatively expensive. The proposed meal is correct but the portions minimal.

Beautiful island day! - The island and scenery were beautiful. I am not sure about this company. They had a new bus so they were trying to keep it nice which I get. However you were not allowed to bring your belongings into the bus they had to go under it which was inconvenient. They also would not let you eat or drink on the bus. It was a long ride to not have a drink or snack.

Just okay…… - Early pick up 4:45am and our hotel (Intercontinental) was not on the pick up list. Bus was really nice and clean, but restroom was non-functional. Stopped for breakfast which was delicious and bought sunblock & a rashguard. Back on the bus and headed to pier. At the pier, we boarded a boat and speedily headed out to open water where we saw dolphins, birds, and crocodiles. Arrived at the island. We opted to snorkel and saw a puffer fish, starfish, urchins, and multiple other fish. We were stung frequently by translucent tiny jellyfish, but nothing too unbearable nor lasted long. Once back at the island, we rented chairs with umbrellas ($11 each). We (family of 4 with 2 teens) rode the banana boat ($11ea person) and had a blast. Ordered pina coladas ($12 each) which were super yummy! Fruit was provided, but said only 2 watermelon triangles and 1 pineapple triangle per person (first & only trip where I saw fruit limited). Lunch was just okay…personally I did not like the fried fish. We spent the day swimming, shell hunting, and playing volleyball. Overall, it was okay, but my teens were bored on the island (think alcoholic drinks & beach theme for young adults). Boarded the boat and headed back to the pier. At the pier we changed and then boarded the bus to head back to our hotel. The tour was okay, but we won’t recommend or book again as it’s just not our scene and CR has so much more to offer!! Things we found could have been better: -early early pick up from San Jose -limited pickup points -no food or drinks allowed on bus; only water. -breakfast stop is your chance to put on your swimsuit if you haven’t already, but that wasn’t communicated until we were back on the bus from stopping -breakfast stop has 2 counters for ordering (inside & outside). Here you can get a traditional CR breakfast, crepes, & smoothies. -fruit limited on beach -lunch was fried fish instead of a grilled option -tea was served in 1 ounce cups you have to keep refilling -told best cookies EVER, but they were vanilla wafers, lol! -outside showers at pier & only 2 changing rooms available -no backpacks allowed on bus after tour as you have to put them underneath bus I think it’s a brand new bus for this company & they are trying to keep it very nice; just strange to us.

Tour isla tortuga, money wasted. - If you want to swim in a putrid brown water with a herd of rude tourists sipping drinks in the sea, if you want to snorkel in 4 square meters with 800 other people without seeing a fish... this is the tour for you. I have bitterly regretted leaving 202 euros for this crap.
