A new experience - The staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful! They went over and above board to help us out with not only the ziplining but would take as many breaks as we needed during the walks/climbs. Can not say enough good things about them!

The best zip line experience - This experience was beyond phenomenal! The guides were amazing and so personable, they remembered our names and truly made the experience. I almost enjoyed their service more than the views. With that said the views were spectacular and the zip lines were a blast. We were the only 2 that did the excursion so there were no wait time and we were able to just start each line as soon as we got there. I cannot recommend this place enough! I would not change anything about the experience.

Fun zipline adventure but don't expect much for the rest of the park. - I have done the zipline with Cabo Adventure last year so this time I wanted to try something different so I chose Wild Canyon. It is located pretty close to Cabo so getting there was easier if you have a car that doesn't mind driving on offroad (typical Cabo unpaved road). Cabo Adventure will take you to their location close to Mira Flores. The experience was very different from that of Cabo Adventure. It is hard to say which is good as they are so different. - There is a lot less walking involved compared to Cabo Adventure. - No lunch provided. - Staff are friendly but not overly engaging. Often times you just wait at the station until one of the staff shows up whereas with Cabo Adventure, there was a team of people with you all the time and more engaging. Cabo Adventure was definitely very concerned about the safety and would double check everything all the time. This is not to say Canyon was not safe. - Staff weren't begging for tips which I liked it a lot and ended up leaving a hefty in the tip box. Cabo Adventure would pester until you literally give them a tip. This seems to be a common practice for Cabo Adventure. Perhaps that's the only way they can make money. - Photo. Cabo Adventure tried hard to sell photos. Again Canyon doesn't push anything to you which I liked. - Many of ziplines are designed for two or three people so you don't get to ride solo other than a few of them. Both companies are great and if you have to judge solely based on the zipline excitement level, I would rank Cabo Adventure higher than Wild Canyon. Try both and see which one you like better.

Lots of steps - The zip lines were great but they don't tell you about the hundreds of steps between them. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Felt very safe.

Regular Opinion - Regulate the service. I was told it closed at 4 different times. From 3:30 to 6:00 pm. I paid 21,000 pesos for 4 and was asked for more money for upgrades and tips. Very very regular.

Staff is inadequetly trained for safe operation - By way of introduction I am experienced mountaineer with 45 years of experience leading both rock and glacier climbs. We were issued sit harnesses with two locking carabiners. There are two type of locking biners: one is self locking, the other requires screwing a barrel nut on the threads on the gate to lock the gate from opening. The sit harness I was issued had the manual locking biners. I watched as the 'guide' attached me to the practice pulley. I had to ask the guide to lock the gate. In fact the biner was faulty and would not lock (i.e. the biners were not checked to see if they were operational prior to be used by the public). I was told it was not necessary. I said I will not proceed without a properly locking biner. I was given another one. I had to tell the guide to lock both biners. It's clear to me this was not a part of their routine. I appreciate they had a guide at both ends of the cable, but I had to repeatedly tell each new 'guide' to lock the biners. Locking biners are required for this application. If they are required, they need to be LOCKED EVERY TIME. When leading climbs, it was common practice that I check every knot and every locking biner every time for every climber on my rope and they checked mine. This is standard safety protocol. For normal operation an unlocked biner isn't likely to cause a problem. But there could be fatal consequences during an anomaly. 100' in the air going 50 mph - I want all the safety I can have. The manual locking biners need to be retired. The staff needs to be retrained to examine every biner prior to use to verify proper operation. Even self locking biners can stick. They appeared to be under staffed when I was there. We waited up to 15 minutes for a guide to arrive at the other side of the zip line. They also had a cart break down and no one available to bring up another. On the other hand I observed the staff was very cautious. They were watching out for all the participants. Making sure all were hydrated and not over exerting themselves. My conclusion is the staff is trying to do the right thing. Management is not staffing to safe levels. Retraining is required for this to be a safe activity.

Might have been fun - "Wild Canyon Adventures sent you a message: According to your request, your pickup will be at 8:30 am at Riu Palce main lobby Transportation is shared with more clients. Tolerance waiting time is 5 minutes." No pick up, waited from 8:00 to 9:30 When I emailed to ask what happened was told they had changed pick up time Offered to reschedule for another day, we didn't have another day available refused to give a refund
