lovely evening - Alan was a great guide and we had a lovely evening walking through San Jose del Cabo and trying different tacos. We started at a little bodega to get a water or soft drink of our choice (no extra cost), then we went to three different taco locations to try one taco at each place. They were all delicious! We particularly loved the carne asada one at the actual Juan More Taco place. We also went to the chocolate factory to learn about the history of chocolate in Mexico and sampled some different kinds. We skipped the tequila tasting because we don’t drink but Alan made sure to walk us out personally and brought us to get some churros to end the evening. For the actual food we got the tour was a little expensive but we were happy to support them and enjoyed chatting with Alan and the other family we were with on the tour.

Fun time and tasty tacos. Bring cash/pesos for tips! - This was a fun and casual tour. Alan did a great job taking us to three delicious taco places and sharing about Mexican food culture. The experience itself was lovely, and we had a great time. However, the only downside was that the food portions didn't feel like a good value to match the cost of the tour. We understand we're paying for the experience, not just the food, but the description said to "come hungry" which was not great advice for a grown man. This led to a hangry partner. Kudos to Alan and Juan More Tacos experience for throwing in an extra mole enchilada (delicious!), extra shots, and an extra dessert upon request. Just sharing these details in case it helps set expectations for future guests - a bit more food or clearer expectations would make this an even better value.

We had a great experience... - We had a great experience at the evening taco tour. It was just us and another couple so the experience felt more intimate. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. We also sampled chocolate and tequila which was nice bonus and ended the tour with delicious churros.

Great Taco Tour - great tour of the taco and street food scene in SJDC. We stopped at 3 taco places, a street stand, and a churros stand in the main square. All were excellent, and I wanted a no red meat or pork option and that was easy to obtain.

San Jose del Cabo Best Taco Tour - Experienced a walk through downtown, ate at amazing places, received some good historical information, and met some great people traveling from other places. Hector ‘The Connector’ did a great job leading us through town.

Great Way t find new Resturants - i have lived in SJD for over 15 years. This was our 1st food tour in SJD. Alan took us to 3 restaurant's that were new to me with great Tacos. also, my 1st visit to the chocolate factory followed by an excellent Tequila tasting just prior the final stop for churros. i would recommend Juan more taco as a way to see and learn about SJD.

Good - Alan our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with him. We went to two restaurants and then two food trucks at the town Square. I would’ve preferred all restaurants instead of the food trucks.

Fun time. - Had a fun time walking through San Jose del Cabo. We have been coming for years and never walked through the main square. We went to four different food stops and we purchased alcoholic drinks at every stop. There was also a tequila tasting at the end which was very fun and informative! Food was pretty good. Only thing I didn’t love is we were brought to a gift shop and felt very obligated to purchase something and it was very expensive. Walking was not hard besides some a few sets of steps and uneven sidewalks if you’re older. It was 3 hours long. It ended up only being our family on the tour. The town felt very safe.
