Great adventure!! - Great time! We did this as a family with our 11 year old son! The zip lines were fun but we felt safe and taken care of. Funny guides who went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable! The repelling was an unexpected add on - and the food/drinks at the restaurant after - awesome! Highly recommend!!!

Great staff - We wanted to complement the staff on their excellent and above and beyond service. My wife had a medical emergency and they reacted quickly and professionally to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. Thanks again!!

Awesome Zip-lining and Rappelling In Cabo!!! - Edgar and the team were outstanding! Very knowledgeable, respectful of all participants regardless of age, and incredibly funny. We had 7 people in our group ranging from ages 11 - 55. Everyone had a blast and was a great, fun, and exhilarating experience for all. Highly recommend Costa Azul and will definitely go again. Thanks to the entire team and salut!!!

Highly recommended activity - Me and my son went for a group tour here at noon time. apart from the heat which is something you cant avoid in Baha, everything as great. The rides were fun, the instructors were amazing and the view was beautiful. In short highly recommended.

Great fun! - My husband and I had a great time today! Our guides, Diego, Saul, and Gustavo were wonderful . (I think I missed a guide and, if so, I apologize .) We received a demonstration before we went up to the first line which was helpful. The guides, each of whom had a good sense of humor, put safety first at all times and made certain we had regular water breaks as well . I am over 60 and my hubby over 70 and though it was somewhat of hike between lines, if you are physically active , it is not hard. The rappelling was a blast! I had told my husband I was not going to do it and then I did and enjoyed it so much I wanted to do it again ! A Shout out to the photographer whose photos were excellent! And thank you to the ladies who made our lunch! The tequila tasting was fun. Our understanding was that some changes were made to the process due to customer safety given the pandemic . Would we visit this place again?Absolutely! Would we recommend it? Without hesitation! Unlike a prior reviewer, I was not offended that the guides asked for tips nor did I think they took too long in making the request. This is Mexico not the USA and the pay standards are different and for many employees, the tips make the difference . Additionally, the past year must have been exceptionally hard with the pandemic ,lockdowns , and low tourism.

Zipline Adventure - We booked this adventure through our hotel wanting to do something fun and exciting on our last day. We hit the jackpot with this one. The crew, Diego, Diego, Saul and Gabriel made sure that we had fun while being safe. I do have two bad knees, one of them having been replaced 9 years ago, but the climbs were nothing I couldn't do comfortably. We did 7 different lines, including the racing zipline at the end. But, the surprise just before the end was a 200 foot rappel down a cliff. Wasn't sure if my son would do it, but he did great! Again, safety was paramount with our crew. What a great time we spent here with everyone.

Could have been great! - We participated on this zip line with a group of friends and had a good time exploring the canyons and enjoying the quality service from our great guides. As a group we were told not to take pictures with our phones, or we would be kicked out. At the end of the tour we were told it is $133 for us to be able to purchase any photos that were taken, as that was the only way we could remember our trip. In my opinion this is virtually taking us hostage because we want to have a memory of this trip but we couldn’t take a picture with our phones and $133 is a ridiculously high price. I now have zero photos of this experience. At the end of the tour, the guides then went on to say how we needed to give them tips, jokingly, how if not they would climb the wall invading our country and put us in a bad situation. Water to the whole tip request way way way way way too long. Then we had to wait around for another 45 minutes or an hour and listen to a tequila presentation, which was pretty good, but we wanted to go home and we couldn’t until they exhausted another opportunity to try to go to buy something. We would be more than honored to tip even more with our guides if they were helping us take our own photos with our phones at appropriate locations/times and make this trip even more amazing for us to share with our families. All in all, a good company, good guides, but just tacky delivery on tips and horrible execution on how they run their photo policy.

Zipline Disaster - This was the worst experience ever. I booked the ziplining online and it failed to mention a $12 activity fee. The company was also suppose to pick us up from the hotel but failed to do so due to their bus being broken. We missed the class and ended up not able to zipline.
