Scam. Find another ATV place - We paid for the excursion before coming and were told about many hidden fees once we got there. We felt like we were scammed. Had we know about all the extra fees we we would have gone. We were told that we were paid in full so no one was prepared to pay antyhing more. However, when we arrived, we were told we had to put a $500 hold on 6 credit cards for insurance. Since we were not residents of Mexico, you can only imagine how shady this sounded. If that hold were to never leave we would have to call back to Mexico and hope for the best. 45 minutes later we were told we could pay $45 per person for the insurance. Again no prior knowledge was given after were rode a bus almost an hour to do this excursion. The staff was not accommodating or understanding at all. We would NEVER visit this place again. There was also another group going through the same situation as us at the same time. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the ride was really fun.
