A perfect day hike outside of Santiago - We had a great time with our guide Andres as he helped us navigate the paths through the valley. We had ample opportunity to admire the scenery and take in the fresh air. You could tell Andres loves nature and truly enjoys the outdoors. Make sure to bring trekking/hiking shoes as the path is a bit rugged. Also, I recommend thick socks or pants that cover the ankles due to the short thistle shrubs. Not a challenging hike but definitely not a stroll in the park so plan accordingly.

Superb views in the Andes - This place is spectacular and beautiful. In every direction there was a beautiful photo to be taken. If you're looking for a great day in the Andes and you have a day to spare in Santiago come here. Our guides Camilla and Patricia were friendly and helpful. The walk was easy on rocky paths and at a slow relaxed pace - we spent about 5 hours walking the 8k.

Phenomenal Day in El Cajon del Maipo with tourist guides Patricia and Camila - Our hiking trip to El Cajón del Maipo was absolutely incredible, thanks to our phenomenal guides, Patricia and Camila. From start to finish, they brought a vibrant, energetic, and enthusiastic energy that kept the whole group lifted. We spent the day hiking through the stunning mountain range under perfect weather. The scenery was breathtaking, but the hospitality made it unforgettable. Patricia and Camila provided a wonderful lunch with front-row views of the mountains. To wrap up an already perfect day, they, along with our highly skillful driver—set up a beautiful final picnic. We enjoyed delicious appetizers and fantastic Chilean wine while soaking in the views.I highly recommend this tour with Patricia, and Camila. If you are visiting Chile, do not miss out on this experience!

If you enjoy hiking in jaw dropping scenery, this trip is for you👍! - If we could give this hiking tour 10 out of 5 we’d do it👍. Andres and Camilla gave us the most beautiful day in the Andes. It is definitely the highlight of our trip! The scenery has to be seen to be believed and what better way than to really get amongst it! Andres chilled vibe and informed knowledge of the environment, flora and fauna were so informative and inclusional. Highly recommend this day trip if you enjoy hiking and stunning scenery!

Fantastic experience - Varied hike on dry rocky paths, through vibrant green pastures, and over glacial streams with a dramatic backdrop of snow-capped mountains with glaciers. Lunch by a stream. We even saw a condor. Our guide Andres was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful - just fantastic. It was a great day. Highly recommended.

Tour to get to know the Andes from close - A unique experience of living the Andes in the skin. The start can be a little scary by the steep rise but soon the trail becomes more level and it is possible to appreciate the landscape. I would not recommend for people who have trouble balancing, the stones slip a little and we can slip, but honestly? It is also worth the chance to have lunch on a high stone surrounded by the Andean mountains overlooking San José. We were lucky to see condors who gave a show flying over the group, I want to go back to this tour in the summer to see the difference in the landscape. Important to bring some Chilean money, the "point of support" is the settlement of a pastor and he charges for the use of the bathroom.
