The best day - What a day!!! my family and I booked a tour with Cayo. My son, 14, said it was the best day he ever had. Zip Lining through the jungle was amazing. That was Followed by a day tubing through a gentle river through the most beautiful cave. We saw bats nesting in the cave. We saw pieces of old pottery from Mayan times and saw a paradise of green in the cave where the roof had collapsed. . It was exciting. It was relaxing. It was the perfect day. Goldborn was our guide and he was quite knowledgeable not just about the cave but also Mayan culture, fauna and animals.

Must do tour! - Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. One of us got overheated, and they were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were all taken care of and still were able to enjoy the experience. Don't shy away if rain is in the forecast. Rain started when we arrived at the cave, but that didn't make the experience any less enjoyable. The lunch included was delicious as well! We cannot say enough great things about Pedro, our guide and driver, or the entire staff.

One of One experience! - Great experience! Allot of the experience is heavily weather-dependent, but we had amazing service on top of that. About an hour drive to/from San Ignacio and a 20-30 minute walk to the start of the caves. Would recommend!

Do not miss the caves - We had the best time with Pedro. He was good at reading the group and knowing what we'd want to do. On our drive he gave us a history lesson of Belize that helped us understand the country and places we were passing. He was very professional and showed us a good time. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful experience! - Amazing cave system and zip lining was a blast too! Excellent guide and lunch as well. Tip: bring extra cash as well as a gratuity as they have several opportunities for local craft work, drinks, etc. on site.

Incredible zip lining and cave tubing - The zipping and cave tubing experiences were absolutely phenomenal. We had the most amazing guide, Golbal. He was attentive, knowledgeable, experienced and made sure our cave tubing was memorable. He made numerous stops along our trek to the cave pointing out Mayan history, Belizean floral, fauna, birds and iguana. Once inside the caves, we were treated to exploration of the crystal palace and swimming inside the caves. Zip lining was exhilarating. We strongly recommend this trip and, especially, our guide. This is a must-do!

I’ll communication - Great tour guide but poor communication by the company. 3 messages I not responded to and the phone number on the app and google was incorrect. Zero setting of expectations so it was a lot of “I guess we will find out later” They have drinks and towels. There is also a place to change clothes. You should bring a change for sure. Ziplining is 1st and then the caves. The hike is not too bad but if I had it to do over again, I’d bring a change of shoes for ziplining and water shoes for the caves. The experience was great but we got off to a really poor start because of the poor communication and that set a tone. Until we actually arrived at the destination 1.5 hours into it

Just Okay - It was just okay. 6 zip lines were fun but not exceptional. The zipline guides were great. The cave tubing was interesting but the water was so low that the guide has to push pull us through and it was not really what I expected and not relaxing. After doing it, it was WAY over priced for what we got. We had to carry out tubes down the trail for 45 mins to get to the cave. Other companies were not carrying their tubes and had them available at the put in site. We could hire someone to carry out tube but for the expense of the excursion they should have had them available. We did the ATM cave the day before with another company that was 1/3 less expensive and way more fun. This was priced for people on cruises.
