Highly Recommend ATM Tour. - ONE of the best tours I have taken. History, informative, moderate physically demanding, excellent guide, driver, and food. Overall highly recommend going to the ATM with MayaWalk Tours. (NO I am not a paid sponsor, lol) Expensive but worth it!

Amazing and fun adventure! - The highlight of my trip! I went with my teenage son, and he and I both loved this. The cave journey is amazing - sometimes in calf-deep water, sometimes in chest-deep water, sometimes in large caverns, sometimes in narrow passageways. Our guide was fantastic - very professional, helpful, and nice. This was very engaging and adventurous, without ever feeling unsafe. There were two younger girls, maybe age 12ish and 9ish, in our group - they had a great sense of adventure and had fun as well (with that said, my wife, who sometimes feels unsteady on slippery ground, and my daughter, who can experience anxiety in challenging situations, both decided to skip this, and that was the right call). Very fun and memorable. The whole trip was well organized, and the lunch afterward was good after expending energy in the cave.

Exceptional tour company that gives back to conservation! Look no further and book with Mayawalk! - Five stars aren’t enough to describe how incredible this tour was! Our guide Christian was incredibly knowledgeable and led us through the entire experience with professionalism, courtesy and many laughs along the way. The ATM itself is a BREATHTAKING experience from start to finish - with several exciting twists, but was made so much better with an experienced guide. We also learned that Mayawalk gives a portion of their proceeds to support conservation efforts which made us even happier to have booked with them. This company is a no-brainer! Look no further and book with them for an amazing experience that gives back to the beautiful country of Belize.

Favorite experience in Belize - This tour company was fantastic and you absolutely should book with them for this and other tours you are considering in the country. They donate some of their profits to conservation and the guides are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This was our favorite experience on our honeymoon and one of the most unique experiences I've ever had! Really incredible. My tip is to make sure you have an extra day or two in the area around when you book this in case of weather. Tours on the day before ours and after ours were cancelled (with the opportunity to reschedule) because of rain so if you have too tight of a timeline, you might miss it!!

Good adventure with teen boys! - Well informed guides who knew the history well. Strenuous experience, very worth it. Guides were helpful in navigating and knew how to handle teen boy energy. Food was delicious. The only thing to note is that you are divided into groups of 6 with a guide, so if you are a larger group be prepared to split up. We didn’t know that going in and I think it’s worth sharing.

Must do! - We loved our cave tour with Mayawalk. Hugh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic throughout the whole tour. We learned some of the history during the walk up to the cave, and he was very patient with everyone in our group within the cave managing the different obstacles and skill levels. If you are able to make this tour work with your schedule, definitely do it. It was well worth it and we would consider doing it again next time we visit! Since no cameras are allowed in the cave he sent us pictures after the tour (from when they were) which were fun to look at that evening at dinner.

Other worldly immersive breathtaking tour - Tour was one of the best I've had in my entire life. All day journey deep into the jungle cave to see ancient artifacts and human remains amongst breathtaking cave stalactite and stalagmite creations. We waded through Three refreshing refreshing Rivers before getting to the entrance. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable as he was the owner of Maya walk tours and had been leading these tours for over 28 years. Seemed like we were entering another planet when going into the cave. We were in water most of the time at varying depths and current speeds which was really fun. The tour guides made sure to give us a heads up and assistance all along the way so we felt safe. It was truly amazing to see all the artifacts and human remains up in the chambers. A truly unique experience that brought me so much intrigue for the Mayan civilization. I would absolutely recommend this tour to the adventure who wants to be immersed in the historical experience in all the ways.

Great Family and friends activity combining, Fun, Physical and Historical mix - I have the tens to visit the ATM caves in Ines show with my daughter of 13 years old. It was a great experience mix of cultural information physical and fun tour guide took us in Saint Elena after 1 Hour Dr. to the ATM cave you start with a walk of roughly 45 minutes Beautiful and easy ride crossing three rivers and then go within the cave for a couple of hours not difficult yet super thrilling. The guides are very well trained and give you lots of information about the cave and it’s used by the Mayas. We really enjoyed it and would love to go with all the family and friends on our trip. You are back in Saint by 2 PM after a lunch served by the guide. The tour are pricey yet. It includes a guide for almost half day entrance drive and food.

Crystal cave review.... - CRYSTAL CAVE REVIEW. Because of the rain, ATM cave tours have been cancelled for weeks. We were bummed originally but ended up having the most INCREDIBLE tour of the Crystal Caves instead. The tour is not for those who don't feel comfortable in tight spaces or want to have a leisurely stroll through a cave. However, it was AMAZING and I highly recommend to those that want a challenging and intense cave exploring experience.
