Very Healing - Francesco and Luigi who are assigned to us were very accommodating and assisted us with all our concerns from the start to end. Excellent service! Will book with them again when I go back.
Francesco guided us during the tour highlighting Padre Pio’s milestones, location and stories. Kudos to Luigi as well for driving us safe and helping us.

A dream come true! - We can't thank Camilla and her entire team at Rome Italy Explora enough for our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy! From the time I did research until after our tour was complete, the company went above and beyond to make sure every need/question was answered. My in-laws have an extreme devotion to St. Michael and were absolutely thrilled that this tour from Rome even existed! Our tour guide Maria & driver Luigi were absolutely amazing - so kind and knowledgeable. Both Padre Pio's shrine and St. Michael's cave were absolutely impressive beyond words. Maria walked us through all the important sights, and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. Maria & Luigi being Spanish speakers were a huge plus to my in-laws who are primarily Spanish speaking, and we all felt so bonded and comfortable with them both. We can't thank Maria enough for making our trip so special. I highly recommend Rome Italy Explora to families who are looking for a company who truly cares about tailoring your experience to fit your needs. I hope to book them again for our next trip! :)

Unforgettable tour with Francisco to see Fr. Pio - Our tour with Francisco of Father Pio was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcomed and cared for, and throughout the day his knowledge and passion brought the story of Father Pio to life in a truly meaningful way.
Francisco was incredibly informative, answering every question with patience and detail, yet he kept the experience engaging and easy to follow. His guidance allowed us to connect deeply with the history and spirituality of the sites, making the journey both educational and inspiring.
What really stood out was his kindness and attentiveness—he anticipated our needs, offered helpful suggestions, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks to him, the trip was not only smooth and enjoyable, but unforgettable.
The tour was worth every cent and I would do it again !! Thank you also to Florian our driver, who got us safely to and from the destination.
We could not have asked for a better guide and driver. If you are planning a visit, we highly recommend requesting Francisco you will leave with both knowledge and memories that will stay with you forever.

An absolutely wonderful experience! - We spent an incredible day with Maria, Ricardo and Luigi going to Padre Pio’s shrine. They were absolutely wonderful to us - warm, friendly and very kind and it was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend this fantastic team! They arrived on time, were very accommodating and caring! Thank you so, so much for making this a memorable and wonderful experience!!

Enjoyable, informative and comfortable journey - It was a comfortable and well-paced journey. Francesco and Luigi were attentive and catered to our requirements. We not only learned about the Shrine of Padre Pio but also various other parts of Italy. It was an enjoyable and relaxing trip.

Visit Padre Pio, to feel better - I would go to visit Padre Pio endlessly, every time you enter the basilica you always breathe a different atmosphere, you have to try to believe. I always come back to him with good frequency.

An experience not to miss! - We had the most enjoyable tour with our guide Francesco and our driver Roberto.
They went above and beyond in making sure we saw and experienced everything including what was planned and beyond.
We happened to arrive at the church just as mass was being said and Francesco generously afforded us the time to stay for the mass and receive communion, which meant so much to us.
We had a lovely relaxing lunch at Trattoria Le More experiencing local homemade food.
They were informative, engaging, interactive and extremely warm and fun. They made numerous stops for us to have early cappuccino and eat and to take pictures, pick flowers, bathroom stops, and snacks.
Roberto was extremely considerate with his driving, never causing us to feel distressed.
We highly recommend this team, guide/driver.
A highly religious and inner emotional day.

Padre Pio - As a devotee, I hope people can differentiate tourist spot from sacred places like this one.
San Giovanni Rotondo is Far from cities but reachable with public transportation. A beautiful place but we were there for 4-5hrs.
Overall, its nice to add in your journey to see the pilgrims of Padre Pio.
