Sausalito Tour was not well planned. Traffic, etc. We had not enough time to grab a lunch since we had to leave on the driver time schedule which only allowed 30 minutes!
Would have loved to stay longer at Muir Woods. Maybe they should consider a longer stay so much to see. Sausalito too short a time could not see all it had to offer would have loved to have grabbed a bite at one of the nearby cafes.
The communication regarding where we were being picked up was poor. I understood that pickup was only at downtown/Union Square hotels. We went to the union square Hilton and asked the concierge where the pickup was. We were told it would be on the Taylor street side of the building. We waited outside for at least fifteen minutes then went inside to make sure we weren't missing any announcements. We even called your company to make sure we didn't miss the bus! Shortly after that the driver was calling for "Julia Scotland" so we followed him outside and asked if he was with your company. If we hadn't asked he would have left to pick us up at our hotel! There was no sign, the bus was not marked and we did not hear any announcement that he was there. Jerry did a great job with the tour. He was very informative and gave good recommendations. I'm glad it worked out. The communication regarding pick up could use some improvement though!
the tour guide was very friendly and explained a lot of curious facts about the area. Although we would have liked to stay longer at the Muir Woods park, the time that the tour offers inside the park is enough to have a nice hike
Could have had more time in Sausalito - we ended up taking the ferry back so we could spend more time there. Driver was pretty informstive
on time, combination with guide and music sets the scene very well
Michael did a great job sharing his knowledge of the history of the area as well as some great facts about Muir Woods
Our guide was wonderful, funny and very knowledgeable.
Guide/driver had fantastic knowledge of history and geography of city and area around woods. Liked his music additions.
Other people cancelled their trip st short notice and only my brother and I were left and they still made the trip possible even though we were only 2 people.
Our guide Thomas was personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and time together on this excursion.

Muir Woods was lovely - a little more than 70min required. The bus picked us up at 9:40am, instead of 9:00am. We were the last lot of passengers to be picked up. The weather was rainy so the traffic and weather conditions affected seeing the views along the way. The bus driver was pleasant, friendly and gave an informative commentary. Not sure why it was suggested to have lunch at Sausalito when there was time before going onto Alcatraz. Both of us would have preferred to be driven around Sausalito or been given a map of the areas and its highlights. Unfortunately, we didn't see anything of Sausalito. As I had been to Sausalito 30 years ago and my sister had never been there, that part of our trip was very disappointing. We were dropped off at Fisherman's Wharf and made our own way to Pier 33. Alcatraz was great.
It was a great tour and our guide was fun and energetic. I would have just liked a little bit more time to explore in each of the places we visited.
Great service and knowledgeable driver. This was exactly the experience we were expecting and Taste of San Francisco did an excellent job
Tour guide Patrick was very congenial and shared a lot of interesting facts about the region. The tour itself was amazing- highly satisfied!
The guide was great, very knowledgeable. However the Sausalito part was just a drop in the parking lot. We had one hour to grab lunch. We never saw any of the city. Thought it was over priced for what we got. We could have gotten a trolley for $12.00 to take us to Muir Woods and use our adventure pass for free admission. Very over priced
Patrick, our tour guide, knew how to maneuver around SF with all the traffic and congestion. He was entertaining. We were going to see a ballgame afterwards, and he was nice enough to drop us off there. Made for a good experience. Thank you.
Our guide Patrick was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the tour and went that further step by really engaging with the tour
Guide was a little over chatty, didn't seem to adjust to requests of the passengers. Tour was good in total.
Because it was WAY too much money for that. Then to get charged extra money at the park above and beyond was crazy. We could have done that tour cheaper but went with you based on our hotel recommendation.
Our tour guide Patrick was very informative, energetic and made the trip even more enjoyable. We could have used more time in both the Muir Woods and sauslutio though :)

We loved our tour guide, Patrick, and tell bus was nice and clean. However, we booked Sausalito, Muir Woods, and Alcatraz all in one tour and Alcatraz was the only place we felt that we had sufficient time. Basically you'll get and hour in the wood and in Sausalito if you book the 3 together. If you want to really spend time and see these places, I'd recommend booking separate tours.
I would have preferred a purely Muir Woods full day excursion. Sausalito and wine country have no appeal, so it was lessened by having to spend time in Sausalito that I did not enjoy.
Prompt, very clean coach and friendly service
