Everyone was great and helpful.
The party was wonderful and the children had a great time. The staff was great and accommodating. The reason I wasn’t able to give a full five star review was due to the overlapping parties which caused the set up time to become a bit chaotic and nerve wracking. I think what happened was one party start time and eve time were off causing a domino effect with all other parties. I think giving the staff a bigger window for clean up and set up would have helped. Also it seemed a bit short staff with the # of artists for the party. I think there were 2 for 13 kids which I thought may not be enough to help all children with their drawings. Perhaps having just one more artist would have helped. Overall however I thought it was great. The kids had a great time and the staff were awesome. My son enjoyed his birthday and that was what mattered most!! 😁
The party setup was simple and easy going, which worked well for 7 kids. They enjoyed the face painting at the start. We were lucky it was not too busy that day and no party was booked after us, we did not feel crowded out or rushed through any part of the activities. Thanks, OE
Everyone loved the party and it was nice that we weren't rushed out quickly and could take our time hanging out. We just felt like it seemed difficult for 3 workers to help 16 kids with art. Some of the younger kids needed more help. Maybe you can do a better job with setting teacher to student ratio. The teachers worked really hard and it seemed stressful for them to have to teach so many kids. We were really happy with their service.
The art lesson itself was good, but overall organization and communication was lacking. No one really communicated with me or with kids to get them to the table and excited about the activities. Before the art lesson began, once we got the kids seated, they were given a few boxes of different types of pens, some for nail art and some for table art. They were given no instruction and no supervision, so the kids ended up drawing on the table and on their hands with any type of pen. As the party was ending, I had to remind the staff about the goody bags. They did not have any prepared, so a few guests had to wait for a goody bag before leaving.
The party was a huge hit. We wanted to have more of a low-key party with a smaller group of friends, and that's exactly what we got. The kids had a blast, and the parents of our guests were able to run errands knowing their kids were in a safe place. It would have been awesome to have a slightly bigger table for food; maybe we brought too much but we had some trouble fitting the food, drinks, cupcake stand, and paper plates on the round table. Thanks again for a great experience!
I was hoping for different mediums of painting. Also I think framing should be included or a canvas to paint on instead of just a piece of paper.
The staff was on time and ready to engage with the kids. They kept them busy. I think I had maybe 30 minutes too long of a party, maybe one more activity would have been good.
Great art intruction, super fun activities, and the kids had a great time!
