The tour guide had a lot of knowledge of the city and the places we were visiting

There was a little confusion in the beginning about finding out if the trip was confirmed and where to meet. Apparently we were supposed to call 2-3 days prior to collect the info, however I didn’t have anything that suggested that. I also would’ve liked to have an outline of the day in order to plan better.

The guides Ken and Steven were extreme knowledgable and had a lovely sense of humour. The transport was fine. Timings at the stop offs were appropriate. My one suggestion is that the sound systems need updating as Ken’s system was not able to reach the back of the bus and Steven didn’t have one.
