I chose this rating because the bike was great but more importantly how supportive all the guys at the shop were. They set the bike up perfect for me on the first shot, directed me to all the right trails, and even helped out with directions when I called them on my ride when I wanted to add an additional trail to my loop. Someone FaceTimed me and pointed me in the right direction. What more can you ask for?
