Awesomeness experience 🙌 - Excellent experience with the tour guide 🙌 the weather was nice...left feeling very knowledgeable about San Francisco 😀

Perfect way to see San Francisco in a day! - Spent the weekend in San Francisco and this was the perfect way to get around and see the sights. The Big Bus picked up at a location across the street from our hotel in Union Square. Used the app to see when the next bus was going to be arriving at the pickup stop.

Excellent service! - JFK was an excellent driver, we got lost and he was very helpful getting us where we needed to go. Thank you again for your excellent customer service. I totally would recommend this to anyone who is new to San Francisco and is not afraid to explore. It's very affordable to get around.

Amazing tour guide - Blake was a great San Francisco tour guide. We really enjoyed the tour he gave us! We were only in the city for one day and didn’t know what to do. He gave us great advice and we ended up having an amazing day. Team Philly!

Thanks Carlos - Loved this tour. Really good. Take a jumper, that bridge is super windy. I would to specifically mention Carlos Huzimah from whom we bought our tickets. He was so incredibly helpful to a couple of lost tourists. He provided some really good cost effective options to enable us to make to most of our limited time. Great way to go across the Golden Gate Bridge - Great way to see the city - we want around twice in one day. Loved going over the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoyed getting off at Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Staff were friendly. App was great to give us live updates as to when next bus was coming.. Can get really busy especially if cruise ships are around. We managed to get seats on top for most of the day. We loved the audio tour - it added great depth to the experience.

Like Disney, The magical ride of San Francisco - Highly recommend Raphael (sorry if spelt wrong), he gave us an amazing experience, he is funny, engaging. We loved it all. In fact, the 2 daytime tours were fantastic, and no routine was same, you saw different places each time too. Thank you, Big Bus Tours for your awesome service, and thank you, Raphael, for giving us the magical experience to remember San Francisco. I will always remember you ☺️

Not as expected - The stops were great but we did not like the audio narrated your. It was so cheesy and did not always coincide with where we were or if so we were past it and couldn’t photograph. Would much rather have an in person narrator.

Caution: Timing of Bus Pick-Ups Not Accurate to Their Advertisement - We purchased the 48-hour option and were extremely disappointed with the 2nd day - Monday, September 15th. We were waiting at Stop # 14 with the plan of returning to Stop #6 which was the closest to our hotel. They advertise stop picks ups every 15 minutes. We waited for 20-25 minutes (which I actually understand as San Francisco traffic is not always predictable). A bus stopped but wouldn't let us get on because the driver stated there was only one seat left. We offered to stand and hold onto the pole (we are physically capable of doing so), but he refused stating it was too hot and another bus was only 5 minutes behind him. We waited an additional 20 minutes before calling a Waymo because of a time constraint to return to our hotel. The Waymo got there in three minutes which ironically is when the bus showed up - 50 minutes after we originally arrived at the stop and an additional 25+ minutes after being refused on the prior bus. I requested to be reimbursed for the Waymo which was $15.25. Big Bus responded and didn't address my request for reimbursement. They did offer 2 complimentary Explore tickets for another time either in San Francisco or another city. While I appreciate the effort, I have no plans to go to one of these cities anytime soon & would have preferred the reimbursement for the Waymo.
