You canceled the tour on us a couple of hours before it was scheduled to start. I called you several times and left a voice message that we wanted to reschedule but never received a call back from you. We either want to reschedule this tour with you or want a refund from you for two tours we purchased directly and refund from groupon for one coupon we purchased through them. After the guide told us the tour was canceled, he was very nice about sending us the information so we could go on a self guided tour. That information was great but we were looking forward to the guided tour.

The Mission Food tour was fun. Tanya, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable about food around the mission. I enjoyed finding hidden gems and walking around the district. I thought the advertisement for this was misleading. There were only four stops not "at least five" and very few veggies included. There was a picture next to the advertisement of a beautiful vegetables display - not sure if this was you or Cloud 9s. We expected vegetables to go with the vegetarian meals. While we did have a few tasty bites of cauliflower and mushrooms, it was not nearly 50% of our meals. Three of the four spots were unique for all of us. Dessert was so-so and I think there were more fun options. I felt that our tour was a little dictated by our food allergies by the two of us who had them. I understand this completely except that Cloud 9 led me to believe food allergies would not be a problem and some great foods would be chosen. Lastly, the alcohol charge was silly. An extra $25 for a beer and very inexpensive sangria was a bit too high. Not sure if the was you or Cloud 9.

The tour was disappointing. The guide was very nice but not energetic enough. It seemed like every eating establishment was not prepared for the group. We must have re-traced our steps on the same street several times. It seems like the tour could have been better planned by the order of the food establishments. The food was okay, but was very "doughy" and rather heavy. I, as well as my group of 4, have found many amazing vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the City that are much more exciting. At the end of the tour, a 25 minute wait to get ice cream seemed excessive. We have been on 4 walking/tasting tours in SF. They always try to share some history as well as just provide food. The guide tried to do this through the owners of a few establishments but he was not able to lend any other interest to the tour.

This food tour was awesome. The guide was great and extremely knowledgable. There was tons of food which was great and exceeded my expectations. I've been on food tours with more samle sizes of food which have been filling but this one was nice because we could sit down and enjoy the restaurant and share dishes...meaning we could try more. I loved how be was adaptable to changes in restaurant availability although I wish there was a way that could be more set so we could go to the best places. The tour was longer than expected which was a surprise but a pleasant one because we were having such a good time...I didn't want it to end.
