Upon receiving the bike rented the battery was not fully charged, the front tire needed air, and the chain broke within 30 minutes of my ride. I ride an e-cargo bike every day with kids on back and have never broken a chain. I’m also an experienced downhill rider.
This ultimately lead me to need to return to the shop a couple times for repair or charge during my rental period. However, the repairs and switch outs were fast- so that was good.

The back tire was so worn down that it kept slipping underneath me. I feel multiple times because of it. Same trails I’ve taken the same type of bike. Scratched up both knees, back and elbows pretty bad.
