We very much enjoyed our walking tour with Joseph. He was very knowledgeable about history, and food in Italian Town. He introduced us to some great places to eat and we went back after our tour ended and enjoyed wonderful food. We would highly recommend a tour with Joseph.

I really appreciated the depth of the tour (we visited or went by every place listed on the guide sheet!) -- but I appreciated the pace even more: we weren't ever hurried, nor did it drag. Chef Joseph is a great host. On our particular tour I also enjoyed that several locals were in attendance; it was nice to hear their points of view as well.
