Excellent! It exceeded my expectations. - Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the end of the tour! You learn a lot about cocoa and its benefits. The staff was exceptional, and the place was spotless, well organized and perfect for photos. The day I went it was raining, and they were kind enough to offer umbrellas so that the tour was not uncomfortable because of the rain.

There is room for improvement and refinement of the experience to make it world class. - It is a nice place. The day we visited there was a school group which greatly encouraged the experience. And the chocolate part was too rushed. I DID NOT ENJOY OR FEEL WHAT THE PURPOSE OF THE 5 SENSES IS. Even so, 5 Stars because I am sure that the quality of their product is well worth it and they continue to develop the growth of local culture.

Delicioso/Delicious! - We did the Chocolate Lovers tour and got to see both the traditional and modern ways of making chocolate. The hacienda is beautiful, the people are wonderfully friendly, and the lunch they served us was just delicious. This was definitely worth the drive up from Santo Domingo.

I'd come back without thinking. - A very cool experience! Suitable for all ages. Excellent attention from the staff! We were a very small group, we were a little late and yet they were very friendly and understanding. The tour by the guides excellent explanations and very kind to answer all our questions and ask us the choir too 😂👍🏻 It is advisable to go when it is not raining to enjoy better, unfortunately it was raining many days before our visit and the same day we arrived but this did not prevent the tour.

Cocao to chocolate! - Such a fun and informative tour! All the employees worked hard to make sure that we had a great time. Even though it wasn’t harvest season, we were able see and understand how cacao becomes chocolate. The cacao forest was beautiful and we loved making our own chocolate, sampling as we went along. We also enjoyed seeing how cacao was produced in the past. Lunch was also delicious. I also felt very safe touring during covid. Precautions were strictly enforced. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

A wonderful tour - This tour was excellent, the attentions, punctuality, explanations and Service were much better than my expectations. We had a private tour practically and both adults and children learned and enjoyed a great morning. Thank you so much!! I would love to come back!!

Unbelievable there on the Estate - It is a wonderful experience to see the whole process from planting to harvesting. The staff and attention are exquisite. They must improve the transport route to get from Santo Domingo to the farm because it was very poor, the driver did not even know where we were going and arrived late to find us, the guagua was not comfortable. The transport experience was HORRIBLE. Then for this inconvenience we were given to go to KKOE in Santo Domingo to learn how to make soaps, and it was wonderful the experience too. The experience starts from the journey, not just on the estate.
