Overpaid - Great experience with the Wheel itself! But didn't know that San Francisco residents (which I am) only need to pay $15 (or $17?), so I overpaid at Viater, which was $19.

Fun day in the city - Great way to see the wharf and spend time with family. This was a nice stop after grabbing lunch on Mission st.

Great Views - Spur of the moment decision to do this ride but I'm glad we did. Luckily the sky was clear and the sun was shining so the views were great...Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz etc. could all be seen. The staff were all friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. It was quiet so we didn't have to queue for hours - only a matter of minutes. We had quite a few turns round. It would have been good to have a map or something to point out some of the less obvious landmarks. It looked really pretty at night.

Cute & fun - Such a cute way to see the skyline and across the bay. We (a party of 2) received a pod to ourselves and the wheel went around 3 times

SkyStar Wheel Ride SFO - Riding the SkyStar Wheel was a great experience! The views from the top were stunning, with panoramic sights of the city and waterfront. The gondolas were clean, comfortable, and felt very safe.

We purchased our tickets... - We purchased our tickets in advance. You can't reserve a time slot, just show up with your e-ticket or print it out. The whole experience went well. You are seated according to how many are in your party. Regardless, the wait wasn't long. Wait times will vary. In spite of it being a crystal clear day with views all the way to both bridges, the lines weren't long. The views were great. I messaged the venue ahead of time to inquire about time reservations. Todd responded immediately and even suggested the best time for photo ops. Thanks Todd!

Amazing experience and people - The time was amazing the view was incredible went at night and loved it. They also helped me replace a lost picture that was taken with my partner. Absolutely hands down the best can’t wait to go back

Pricey But a Good Stop - This attraction was worth the stop although we went on a very windy day. The wind was not noticeable until our car was at the very top of the wheel. The views were great and with the Ferris Wheel being enclosed it allowed you to enjoy the view no matter the weather.
