Short on time but saw all the best of San Francisco - I was short on time but wanted to see the highlights of the city and this tour was perfect! The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this. I chose the morning tour as I only had a couple hours. The meeting point was easy to find, and Tara, my tour guide was great. We stopped at so many places, even if I would’ve had a car I never would’ve found them all by myself. Some beautiful architecture, passed by many beautiful parks and hiking trail trails and saw all the highlights.

Go for it! - Fantastic and original experience, surely worth the value. I took this trip after a business event with a colleague, who was new to San Francisco (I visited 10 years ago for a few days), and this tour really delivered. The whole process of booking, appointment, logistics, ... was great , not to mention the content and intensity of the whole experience. Although having visited SF before, the tour offered a whole new perspective. Shout-out to our energetic, very knowledgeable and service oriented guide Tara - this was so much fun! Forget the hop-on/hop-off in San Francisco, go for this VW !

Terra was flat out hilarious and has the best stories and info about everything and everywhere we went. I was amazed at how much of the city we covered in the sweet Sunshine VW bus! Welcome to San Francisco! - What an absolute gem of a tour. I would almost call it essential. Kai was a great tour operator. He had so many awesome stories and recommendations he even brought along his dog Kona. Our tour included all the highlights of San Francisco and was a great way to get introduced to the city. Highly recommended!

Informative, family oriented and worth the time, cost and effort. - We went on another tour the other day. Fortunately, this was so much different. We learned a lot of the community, past, present, and much more.

IF I could give it NO STARS, I would. Disreputable Business Practices - IF I could give it NO STARS, I would.
Disreputable business practices. Booked the 2hr Tour Shared Experience, but also purchased
"Trip Protection" which states "receive a full refund for any reason at any time before your trip - Only 10%" I did this because my brother (who I wished to take on this tour) is a Marine veteran that just had brain surgery the week prior. Due to this, and his medication, it was hard to determine if he would be feeling well enough to go on the tour. The morning of the tour (11 am tour time), he was not feeling well. I started calling and writing the "contact" page on the "San Francisco Love Tours" website. No one answered the phone, and the message option just hangs up. The "WhatsApp" link on the receipt and website are non-working. I left 5 messages via their website...no response. SO, 20 minutes prior to the tour start time, I walked over to the meeting point and talked to CYRUS, the tour guide from San Francisco Love tours. I explained my situation and told him I had purchased "Trip Protection". He was very nice, and assured me I would get a refund, and he wished my brother well (he had a family member who had experienced a similar issue).
But, NO REFUND OR CONTACT from the company, despite NUMEROUS calls BEFORE and AFTER the tour. I am trying to dispute this charge with my credit card, but wanted to warn others that "Trip Protection" is a ruse to get more money. They are seriously lacking in communication skills, and I would say MORALLY lacking as well. The response from this company is CRICKETS...DEAD SILENCE...NADA. Shame on you!
Ps. The only contact I received from this company was a request to leave a review... well HERE IT IS!
