A Mixed Experience - The meeting place employee was very helpful in guiding us to the right place for departure. Our first driver played very loud music in between his narration which was also added lots of personal comments in a loud voice. In contrast, the second driver played the recorded narration. Overall, the tour gave a succinct highlight of San Francisco and its key landmarks. For my companion, his first trip to San Francisco, the tour gave a good introduction to San Francisco.

Find Willie! - Willie made our bus ride unforgettable!! If you’re one of the lucky ones who booked this tour then do your absolute best to find the driver they call Willie. I’ve traveled the world and never had I had a tour guide so amazing. His voice, his knowledge, his humor, was all top-notch and he made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Willie, you are the man! Please keep doing what you’re doing and spreading joy on all of your tours. We didn’t even want to get off the bus because all we wanted to do is listen to you’re hilarious tour of the city.

Kirk is awesome - We had a great time on the Hop on/Hop off. It was nice to be able to rest and hear about the sights in between walking around. Def bring a warm layer in the morning, esp if you go over the Golden Gate Bridge. The fog and wind will cut through your clothes! The driver and guide, Kirk, had entertaining patter and was educational.

Loop Around City - We do this in every city for an overview of main attractions, do whole loop. Then again and get off where we want to explore. Note the times, as it seems to end very early… Worth it !!

Good tour - First driver focused on too much self promotion. Bulldog and Saggy. Second driver (female driver) that took over at Fisherman’s Wharf was excellent! knowledgeable and funny! She was the reason the rating was higher.

Do not "Hop On" with City Sightseeing San Francisco. "Hop Off" before it's too late. It was a Fiasco. - Paid for 2 persons for 2 days. Used it on day one, Nov. 18th. Before we left, the agents wished us "See you tomorrow, same time, same place." On day two, Nov. 19th, the agents and the tour bus were nowhere to be found at same pick up location. Was later told by a nearby ticket vendor that the tour cancelled out and was not running either that day or the following day. I do not need to write here how devastated we were except for these characters?*&(%#@. I filed a refund claim and am waiting for a favorable response.

Better off walking - Horrible! The other company had 3 buses come before we got one bus…I was hoping that it was just a one time thing but it literally happened for 2 solid days!!

Horrible. - Bad service. There's no description of the ride. It's the driver who gives details of the places he passes, in English. Badly polite. Dirty old buses. They make a different course than the announced. Do not follow the schedule when they return to work. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE.

Not use deluxe bus service company - If you want to have a good experience in San Francisco, please do not book with this company that calls their tour bus a deluxe experience. Basically go with the proper BIG bus hop on hop off tour. These guys are basically cowboys. They will take your payment and then once your tour runs are either late at stops or don’t even turn up. No apologies offered. They even make excused saying too much traffic or there was a so called shooting hence could not go to that stop but at same time the competition bus service running at full pace. Again final advise go with the hop on hop off big bus co
