• Jarvis Estate - Upon arrival at Jarvis, visitors are greeted by a picturesque pond, scenic footpaths, and charming creeks, along with an intricate door (no buildings are visible). Once inside, welcoming wine experts guide guests through an impressive, expansive cave featuring luxurious tasting experiences, a significant stream flowing through the cave, and footbridges and walkways meandering through the wine fermentation area.
• Raymond Vineyards - This winery offers numerous educational opportunities, including learning about wine production, the impact of soils, AVAs, and appellations on wine, and understanding the Wine Grading Point System, among other topics.
• Castello di Amorosa - This winery resembles an authentic medieval castle, complete with related features, which took a decade to import from Italy, including the large stones that form the castle’s walls and stairs.

One is nestled within a striking cave; another provides a range of comprehensive educational experiences about viticulture and vineyards, and the third is a medieval castle. All 3 vineyards are known for their high-quality wines. We’ll be traversing in a luxury SUV stocked with plenty of Whole Foods Spring Water.
