Review for Denise - Denise was absolutely amazing! She was not only an excellent driver who made the trip feel safe and comfortable, but she was also an outstanding tour guide. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly personality made every stop more enjoyable. She kept everyone engaged with interesting facts, answered questions with a smile, and made sure the entire group felt welcome and taken care of. Denise truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. If you have the chance to tour with her, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Great way to see the city - We walked past this bus at fisherman’s wharf at its starting point & decided on a whim to grab a 24 hour day pass. We loved the fact you could hop on & off & it literally took us to most parts of San Francisco such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, union square, embacadero, fisherman’s wharf & many more. Disappointingly it didn’t go as far as Saucillito which we visited separately via the ferry from the ferry building on Embacadero. It doesn’t go straight past the famous steep twisty street on a hill on Lombard street nor does it stop right past the painted ladies houses famous as the Mrs Doubtfire house. It does however stop within a 5-10 min walk of both of these locations. In summary it was a great way to cram in a lot of sights over a short period of time.

Skip Big Bus and just use Uber. - Your draft is already strong. I would make a few edits to tighten the wording, improve the flow, and keep it focused on facts, which tends to make reviews more credible. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and just use Uber. You’ll spend less time, less money, and avoid the frustration. On August 4, just before 12:55 p.m. at Stop 16, I asked the employee stationed at the kiosk to confirm where the bus would stop. Without even looking at me, he vaguely pointed in a general direction and recited his scripted line about the museum route having “zero wait.” It was obvious that answering my question was an inconvenience to him. My wife, our three kids, and I went to the stop and waited from 12:55 p.m. until 1:17 p.m. without a bus ever arriving. I walked back and asked if he knew the bus’s status since it had already been over 20 minutes. Again, he acted irritated that I had the audacity to ask a reasonable question and simply repeated his line about the museum with “zero wait.” I told him I wasn’t interested in the museum—I just wanted to get on the bus. At that point, he became openly rude. We walked back to the stop, but we’d already wasted enough of our day. We ordered an Uber and left at 1:22 p.m. Still no bus—a total wait of 27 minutes. We spent $150 on Big Bus tickets and didn’t ride the bus a single time. We used Uber for the rest of the day, and it was faster, cheaper, and far more convenient. The long wait was frustrating enough, but what really sealed it was the complete lack of customer service. When employees can’t be bothered to answer simple questions politely or provide useful information, it reflects poorly on the entire company. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. Skip Big Bus and just use Uber.
