• Mayo Family Winery - Established in 1993, Mayo Family Winery is a family-owned business in Sonoma Valley. It specializes in handcrafted, single-vineyard wines, producing over 20 unique varieties each year, including sparkling wines, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Pinot Meunier, Grenache, Alicante Bouschet, and more. Their selection also includes Zinfandel Ports and dessert wines.

The Tasting Room in Glen Ellen offers a relaxed and casual setting, ideal for a leisurely wine-tasting experience.

• Sonoma County - For many, Sonoma—just 45 miles from San Francisco—is synonymous with wine. However, the eight-acre Sonoma Plaza, the state’s largest historic plaza, is lined with restaurants, shops, and hotels, showcasing the area’s rich history beyond vineyards. During a lunch break, there will be a stop at Downtown Sonoma Square, allowing leisure time to explore. • Castello di Amorosa - Castello di Amorosa is the fulfillment of a passionate dream. Fourth-generation winemaker Dario Sattui constructed an authentically styled 14th-century Tuscan castle winery to honor his Italian heritage and love for medieval architecture.

It all began with wine.

Dario is the great-grandson of pioneering vintner Vittorio Sattui, an Italian immigrant who founded St. Helena Wine Cellars in 1885. The Sattui family resided at the winery, even after Prohibition closed the business in 1920. Dario was captivated by the stories and photos of the old winery. As a child, he played in the winery’s underground cellars and dreamed of reviving the family business.

• Cline Cellars - Renowned as one of the best wineries in the region, especially for those who appreciate bold reds (their Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon are exceptional!). The location is stunning, with numerous spots to sit and enjoy the vineyard’s beauty.
