3. Save your voucher. You can either print it or save it on your phone.

4. You will receive your driver’s contact information 48 hours before your ride.

5. 24 hours prior, we will send you the meeting point details to connect with your driver.

6. Meet your driver at the designated pick-up location.

7. Show your voucher and ID to the driver so they can properly validate your voucher/ticket.

8. Each traveler is permitted a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please check with the operator before traveling to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

9. Consider the luggage storage capacity based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with bigger items, multiple vehicles might be more suitable.
