Our driver and tour guide was fantastic…..he was just the right amount of information and great humor …really switched on.

We loved the tour and our driver. One bad point was the van it was very compact and absolutely no room on the rear 4 seats. My husband (who is not XL) spent the whole journey sitting on the seat belt connections. Apart from that it was excellent

There was no communication or description of where to meet for the second half of the tour after visiting Alcatraz. There was no time or place. I tried to text twice and email. We just waited for over an hour at pier 33 and then somehow your sprinter van showed up. The guide was great. No issue with him. That alone we probably still would have been good but upon reaching Muir Woods we didn’t have tickets for entrance. Phones don’t work there so no way to even figure out the issue. We paid another $30 for tickets. I have used Viator many times in the past and it can be tricky to find the meeting point but has never been like this.

All was ok we gave our tour guide $15 tip and he looked at us and said to the 2 of us is that all.He also told the whole group that they nnzdd to tip more.I thought that was very rude.
