The staff was fabulous!! Easy to board both the ferry and Bay cruise boat. However I wish they had stay in board the bay cruise to remind people to stay seated. We got there early so we could get a good view seat as my parents are older and have a hard time standing for long periods of time. As soon as the boat left the dock people began to stand in front of us on the rails of the boat so we had no view.
